Friendliness of the staff during checkin, breakfast and at the bar. Very eager to help and with pro-active suggestions.

Breakfast was good. Take-away was a bit of a problem, as to take some for on the road, one had to pay extra. Circumvented this, by taking thngs away that were already on our plate. The restaurant closed rather early (admittedly, we arrive after 21hrs), but the small bar menu was still available. The price of the cocktails is a bit on the high side, especially considering the long wait, as the apprentices were under a lot of stress with the orders and sitting at the bar, one could see things go wrong (nothing major though).

I am a regular because the location in the north of town is perfect for me. The pool is great, the gym is state of the art and it is in the middle of a park. This time I had excellent white asparagus in the restaurant. It was perfect.

main thing for me would be no airco in the rooms which for this type hotel is really a miss. just some snall tips: missing conditioner in bathroom. for that category, individual soap etc rather than dispensors would be nicer, even though I understand that dispensers are more ecological.

Inly stayed one night, with late check-in and early check-out (both times no problem at all), so I can't say much about the hotel. The room itself was spacious and modernly furnished , with plenty of storage/hanging options.

The hotel was newly renovated with tasteful room furniture decorations. The staff were quite helpful and always friendly when we approached them. In general, everything was very clean and the location was beautiful. It's a nice quiet respite from nearby Hamburg.

We expected a bit more from the spa considering the price. The sauna area also had almost no Wifi connection and access to mobile data. Also, due to Corona, you could only book the spa for approximately an hour per day, which would be much different given normal times. This probably should be reflected in the price. Also, we were really looking forward to eating in the hotel restaurant as hotel guests but we were told there were no free spots the night before. That was rather disappointing.

The beds were extremely comfortable with a great mattress and a selection of pillows. The room and bathroom had a decent size, and were very clean. The hotel's Bistro 19 was a great place to meet friends since it's small and cozy. Generally, the area is quiet and beautiful.

The hotel did not have family rooms, so we ended up in 2 doubles. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was not included in the room rate, and I was not willing to pay EUR 72 extra. We ended up having breakfast at the nearby and excellent Cafe Reinhardt. The food at Bistro 19 was mediocre and service was a bit slow.

Great hotel with nice facilities and nice views around.(there's a golf course you walk around and a mini forest to explore) The pool was a bit cold for my tastes, but if kept swimming without much chatting in one place then the temperature is not a problem at all. A big plus was the sauna which I totally recommend. Parking was almost free compared to other hotels, it was only €1.5/night.

We had a very nice room with a view of the garden and a little pond under our window making relaxing sounds. The entire hotel was recently renovated and everything is up to snuff. Nicely sized pool as well. Must be a paradise for golf player, which we are not. Staff was great as usual. We will return.

thé hotel was excellent stay it was worth the money with all the facilities. the staffs were friendly and helpful we will definitely come again next time with our whole family.
