I should clarify that I traveled for business. The place was amazing for my situation. Quiet area, close my to job, with accessible areas for cars, taxis and bikes. The staff was more than helpful, the breakfast was really huge and the overall experience was exactly what a travelling engineer would require to relax after work, with the guaranteed quality of a Marriott.

The only cons for this Marriott was that the common areas were not very clean. The same goes to my armchair where were visible stains from the last guest and the price which could have been better, compared to the rest of the city.

The receptionist was passively aggressive at check-in and she try to sell us the €24 per person breakfast but didn’t mention there was a 14 euro continental breakfast available as well. Loud area due to the Oktoberfest, and football game and cleaning in the stadium. The leaf blower on the pathway below the windows (4th floor with window closed) was very disturbing at six in the morning. carpet had better days. No U-Bahn connection.

Bed was comfortable. Parking was easy at a public parking lot just next to the hotel premise. Located on the shore of the lake, the hotel provides a good access to the lake for jogging/strolling.

Was not able to access to the hotel property, using Google map navigation (blocked due to some road works). Vegetable for the salad at the breakfast restaurant was not fresh.

It was a very comfortable and big double room with a nice view of the park. The room was very well equipped. The personnel was very polite and professional. The breakfast was really varied, tasty and the view from the restaurant on the lake was marvelous.

The breakfast was very good but expensive especially for those of us that like a light breakfast.

Noise from another guest at 2:00am having a long telephone conversation, which sounded like it was outside our room door.

Staff was very nice, especially given i was travelling with a pet, the room was spacious and the view on the lake very nice to look at and to wake up from in the morning, everything was spot clean, we checked under the bed (for the cat) and found a note by the house keeping which was written (we clean also here), didn't expect that =)

there was a strange noise probably coming from the aircon, but it was really minor, I could have called to have it checked but wanted to enjoy the time and especially the area around directly on the lake

I had a room with a view on the lake and it was beautiful. I think because it was off season it was very chill and quiet. The room was pleasantly warm and there was an additional blanket.

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but that wasn't a surprise or a problem.

the breakfast was good many options with excellent views. the staff was nice.

the receptionist was confused with our booking for some reason and couldn't find our booking. additionally, we asked for payment on arrival however my card was already charged :(

It was modern, clean and a bit luxury but not too expensive.

Well for a couple, it would have been lovely with the toilet almost being seethrough. But for traveling with you family member, it woul’ve been nice with the privacy. But as we were just staying over the night. It was not an issue.
