A high quality establishment located on a main street within easy walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, yet still quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the station. Amiable reception staff with excellent English language skill. Spacious room with a queen bed and a bath/rain-head shower option, fridge, and safe. Buffet breakfast offering an excellent selection of fare. Excellent value for the price I paid for a three night stay. I would happily stay here again, if I find myself back in Hanover.

My stay coincided with a spell of unseasonably warm weather (something around 30*C mid-afternoon, I guess), so whilst my room was otherwise very comfortable, it did build up considerable heat during the day which left it a little warm for drifting off to sleep at night. It might not be a bad idea if the servicing staff left the curtains drawn during the day to keep the sun out.

The hotel was few minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and the central pedestrian area. The room was modernised. It was very large with high ceilings and three opening windows. The bathroom was spacious. The room was cleaned and serviced each day. Despite the adjacent railway line the room was very quiet once the windows were closed. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was good - scrambelled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, juices, fruit, etc. It was excellent vaue for money and I would definitely stay there again.

This is not the modern hotel, but the one which is like a heritage property. The rooms are very big, bathrooms are big. It is a very clean property. It’s proximity to railway station, central location is fabulous. To be true the rooms are so big that at first it gave me a spooky feeling, but the. I adjusted into the same. Breakfast was too good. The only issue is with the WI-FI which needs improvement. Additionally, the bath room can have more cosmetic amenities.

Wi-Fi was bad. Except that the rooms could have more furniture or some good paintings to make it more lively. The bathroom could have more cosmetics.

Large, bright room with space to put suitcases. Large bathroom with bath & heated towel rail, mini fridge, kettle & cups on request. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy walk into main part of town.Friendly staff

The noise! Despite double glazing, the noise from the road out the front was very loud, continued until late and started early the next morning. Only one (news) channel in English - no option to pay for others.

Location very close to the train station and city center. Very clean room. Nice buffet breakfast. Spacious room. Good service.

The room furniture and facilities where not new. For example no smart tv, the hair dryer in the bathroom was pretty old, kept overheating very fast and stopped working. Furniture and design was basic. The windows were not sound proof and we could hear the cars passing on the street.

At twice the price, the stay would still have been well worth it!! The second time this hotel had made a special offer as I was travelling to Hannover, and based on my previous experience, I did not hesitate for a second!! Nor was I disappointed!! They gave me an upgrade, which actually was an upgrade in real, not a gimmick!! The suit was so just so big and comfortable, as it was clean and well appointed!! Very friendly and cooperative hotel staff, who visibly seemed to be interested in your comfort and well being!! Overall, A First-Rate Experience!!

The room was spotless the breakfast was lovely and coffee very good Hotel very easy to locate from train station just turn left out of station and walk straight for 7 minutes

Reception a bit drab but with the age of building a more showy reception wouldn't keep with the rest of building

This property was so beautiful and set the perfect tone for the second city we hit in Germany after Berlin. The staff was very kind at check in and out room was beautiful. Our bathroom was HUGE and the shower and bathtub were incredible. The parking was nice so that we didn't have to worry about street parking and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here and wish we had been able to stay longer.

The location. Just across the road on the right when exiting the central station. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good too.

The size of the bed which was small for me. And heating was not enough as it was not in the room only bathroom heating had some heating. The water runs all day and night in the cistern which I think the cleaning staff must be knowing. So they should get it fixed. Rest seems okay

Good quality hotel about 10 minutes walk from the station. Really good breakfast included. I think I got the last available room being sold off cheap, so it was superb value. Room at the back overlooked the railway, but I love the sound of trains going by! Good aircon, fridge & coffee in room.

No electric sockets by the bed. Everything else was very good.
