I like a lot this place, and I am often booking it when I need to be in Hannover. I think it was together with Numa before, and now it is working on its own, but nothing really changed, apart of the contactless checkin from before - now you check in with in the reception with someone from staff. I had to leave the night before my check out day, and could not give the card back( I was not sure if I would come back and sleep there the last night), but I am going to bring it back next time or even sending by letter.

Would love to get a better reception next time, with a little more friendly staff(the guy).

Cosy, boutique style hotel. Surprisingly quiet and private even though 5 minutes from centre. Nice, functional yet comfortable rooms, comfy bed. Staff super kind and accommodating, the day I checked out I had to take an online meeting and they let me use the breakfast room, for 3 hours. They saved me a lot of stress and the hassle of searching for a quiet place to work. Recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

The room was very clean and equipped with everything you needed regardless the size. The location was great too, walking distance to city center and surrounded by various cafes, restaurants and bars.

Some loud and drunk neighbors on the second night. The noise lasted about 15 mins.

The hotel offers small rooms but has an excellent location and absolutely friendly and efficient workers. Everything was perfect for me even if a small room cannot offer much comfort. But the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and I could get green tea at 70 degree:) even.

Breakfast was tip-top with very fresh fruit/veg and excellent service from the staff. Parking very easy and secure within the hotel compound (big thumbs up). Close to the old town centre. Very recommendable.

The room we had was on the ground floor within a small courtyard so a little dark. That being said, clean and tidy.

The atmosphere was delightful, the beds were amazing and the service was just out of this world. The staff are amazing and overall this is one of the best accommodation providers I have encountered for a long time! It is easy to communicate with the staff and the shower is so amazing that I can’t think of another hotel with a better shower!

We are checking in process is a little bit cumbersome but that’s the only thing I can think of that wasn’t ideal.

The hotel is located very close to the city center. There is an onsite parking garage for a very reasonable price. The room was large enough and equipped with basic necessities.

The airconditioning made strange noises, also a few times when it was not even turned on.

No elevator

Missed the train coming in and arrived late. They had the room key in reception ready and waiting. The team was all around great and the breakfast was delicious every morning.

Room view wasn’t the best but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so not really a issue

Great location and nice clean accommodations.

The check in process is different, there is no one available after 7 pm and you can’t check in online after that hour as well. They were able to accommodate us by phone so everything worked out quite well.
