First of all: it is super clean. good sound isolation from street noise. clean, comfortable bathroom and shower. Style in details and Netflix! Location by transport logistic is super.

they don't have double beds, maximum 2 beds together. Red light district was surprise for us, but not a problem. Worst: e-Check-in was spammed and we couldn't do it, so we call to support of hotel (tel on the door), and they send us all pins to check-in. However, they mess up and in 5 mins our humble room was opened by other guests, not cool feeling stay in Underwear and have visitors.

Location is about 10-15 mins walk from Hannover central train station. Walking distance to malls/shops. Outside may look a bit sketchy as next door is mini red light district, but once you go inside, it’s so modern and beautiful. Apartment looks exactly like in picture and love the design/decoration. Love the easy check-in/check-out. Shower gel/soap available in room and a mini fridge (sadly does not work 😔). Room would be perfect if they include a kettle or/and coffee maker.

I have mixed feelings about this place: the good: the bathroom facilities are excellent. This was one of the best showers i've ever taken. Really nice, they spent allot of money on the shower and the soaps, so here they excelled! The room was also very stylish and comfortable. the not so good: the location is very central, but on the wrong side of the train station... at the red light district. It isn't dangerous or anything, but a bit sketchy. So, if you are there with your kids, they might ask funny questions like: "why do ladies in bathing suits sit all the time at the windows?" so yeah...

The location is the problem: it's directly in the red light district. Furthermore the initial smell inside the room was not very pleasant.

Lovely well maintained flat within a 10min walk from the railway station. Excellent wall-mounted TV screen on the wall at the bottom of the bed. Great shower the toilet/bathroom area. There was a small drinks chiller cabinet available to hold a reasonable number of bottles and cartons.

No facilities for washing clothes or cooking.

The hotel is super clean with very nice staff and manager. although the check-in is online, and there is no reception I asked the staff if I could talk to the manager to prolong my check-out time. i had a big issue about check-out time and wanted to stay longer, thus the manager lat me check out at 15 without extra pay. and the very nice staff found my neckless and brought it to me. I am so thankful to IQ Hotel

Though a small place it has everything you need, and it is clean!

There is no AC so it can get very warm.

Great stay as always.....close to the town centre and other locations..... nothing to criticise but to give a 10 out 10 a bin in the bathroom would be fantastic ( there is a bin in the room just being greedy lol )

- Room not on the groundfloor - important, knowing the neighbourhood.... - Clean and good rooms, well decorated. - Big and very nice bathroom with very spacious shower.

-Bad neighbourhood near the train station - several odd people hovering around next to the entrance of the hotel, kind of sex shop right next to the hotel No staff - all is done through internet. No possibility to leave your luggage in deposit during the day.

Very cozy room with comfortable beds and overall good tidy impression. Despite other reviews here, the neighborhood is very safe and rather quiet. Yes, it’s the (smaller) redlight district, but you hardly notice it. There are also larger chain hotels close by

Very close to town centre Rooms are nicely decorated Been here a couple times before and would happily recommend it The only thing it is missing is a small bin in the bathroom ( not a criticism just recommendations)
