Very well located close to many of the high-tech ecosystem companies of Heilbronn. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel. The staff is wonderful and excellent. The WiFi speed is okay (not excellent), better than many other places.

As a global permanent traveller my standards are the best of everything. Taking this into account there's lots that can be improved to make this hotel even more functional and convenient for business travellers (and weekend travellers). I've left my contact details with the responsible staff in case they are interested in recommendations.

The room was very peaceful. I didn't hear a single noise while in it, neither door slams, nor neighbours or other guests' voices. It was excellent. The bed was very comfy, the mattress having the adequate toughness for assuring a good rest. The three nights I stayed there were great. The breakfast was very good. The buffet included all that is needed as regards food and drinks (except sweet fruits), to keep going until dinner time. Everything was of the utmost quality and very tasty. Besides there is no music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Consequently, the atmosphere is especially pleasant, which contributes considerably to enjoy that meal. All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the ones working at the front desk.

Apart from the pears which were inedible since they were too green, everything is gorgeous in that hotel

Rooms very new , clean and bright . Excellent A/C on a very hot day in Heilbronn . About 2km from city center . Comfortable beds and really clean nice bathroom . Breakfast adequate but certainly not inspiring . Microwave and refrigerator in room .

This very large and very new hotel seems to have forgotten bicycle travelers and tourists . There is no secure bike storage with the only storage available in the very front of the hotel immediately at the reception entry and in the public front . The concept of vandalism or theft and trip disruption appears not to be a concern for this hotel . A secure room or bike cage might be a good investment ! As bikers who have traveled over 70,000km. in Europe we will never stay in the hotel again !!

Very friendly staff. Clean, modern hotel right next to the river with pathways along it for taking walks, inline skating or jogging. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the mariner theme! In terms of location, it is pretty much in the middle of the twin towns of Neckarsulm and Heilbronn, so I would say everywhere is quite easily accessible. I also saw some electric scooters and bicycles parked outside, so I presume that guests can rent them out and explore the surroundings at their leisure. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel. I hope they keep it up!!

Great location, very nice city, modern hotel, good breakfast.

There was a complete mix up with our reservations. We had two separate reservations. One for 1 room and the other for 2 rooms. First reservation room ended up next to one of the rooms from the second reservation and its "pair" room on another floor. Room with one person ended up having a baby crib that was needed in another room with a little kid. That was a big surprise because baby crib was not available from the beginning and it was communicated through messages on Booking.

The location is great, the walk around next to the river was beautiful. We arrived at 3 in the morning, the 24-hour check-in is greatly appreciated, we arrived at 3 in the morning, the receptionist was super chill and friendly, and everything was very fast so that we could get to bed. The interior heavily stylised into a sailor/port theme is definitely not my style, but I guess most people like stuff like this. I would like stuff like this to be more geared to be practical. If it wasn't for the parking issue, this would be an easy 10 star

The only real complaint is with parking when leaving. I paid for parking in the morning, but my ticket did not get updated and didn't let me out of the car park. The lady receptionist was very difficult to deal with, as she kept telling me that it works....it took me walking 4 times from my car to the front desk before she let me out manually.

Surprise treat for the dog. Terrace with view on the river. Fitness room on the top floor with nice balcony and view. Nice breakfast.

Dog beds are too small for any bigger breed, so you have to take your own. If the hotel wants to be dog friendly, ot should be prepared for every breed, not only for the small ones. Very limited menu in the evening, but there is an Italian restaurant nearby.

I like the hotel and my room both. Everything is comfortable, clean and stylish. The room has blackout curtains, which allows you to have a good night's sleep.The bathroom is big and very comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, there was a choice even for a vegetarian. At the reception I was greeted by a very polite and friendly hotel staff who spoke excellent English.

The mattress was comfortable, there were several pillows on the bed, but only one had a pillowcase. This pillow didn't work for me.

Fresh and tidy room, nice maritime design. Huge and comfy bed. Great breakfast choices, longer breakfast (until 12pm) on Sunday. Helpful staff - even though the baby crib we reserved through booking wasn't in our room upon arrival, it was brought to our room around 20min after stating this fact.

The view of out of the window was a building site. No phone in the room - when we needed something, we had to go to the reception.

Everything was truly excellent (incl. Breakfast), but what stood out to me was this: My partner and I stayed with our two dogs and were astonished that the staff prepared 2 dog beds with bowls for food & water and extra towels for NO EXTRA COST! That never happened before. Usually hotels are quite awkward with dogs and see it as a way to charge extra, but they were genuinely doing their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible! Will stay there again when in Heilbronn.

Limited parking spaces on-site and the public car park next to the hotel only accepts coins, no EC card or such. But that's not really the hotel's fault.
