Very modern and comfortable hotel. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee, and a very spacious bathroom. The room had lovely views of the surrounding area and the hotel is right in the heart of town with restaurants and cafes very close by. The staff were helpful and friendly and the underground parking was very handy.

Proper spoons with the tea facilities would be better than the wooden sticks provided. We were also put in a room with disabled facilities but there was no shower curtain and no where to put shampoo etc while using the shower. The small bottle of shampoo provided was also almost empty.

I booked 2 rooms (for myself and a colleague) because we wanted to participate in the Trollinger Marathon in Heilbronn. We choose the Parkhotel because I stayed there before for business and I can truly recommend the hotel. Just the overal atmosphere is really pleasant and the rooms feel nice and clean. The breakfast is very good - but even though they use this charge in many hotels, I find €20 p/p for breakfast quite steep.

Very good place, clean and well located

Too expensive compared to other hotels in Heilbronn, and you have to add the parking cost on top - Restaurant is good but limited choice to me - breakfast is good, but one sole person to prepare eggs or hot meals is not enough, so it was pretty slow even if the lady was doing her utmost, so not her to blame

Place was very good. Food selection was more than enough.

Room could have been a little bigger. Bathroom amenities could be a little more upgraded.

Breakfast was good but a little expensive (€ 22.-), very interesting the inhouse brewery restaurant and the roof bar. Very good was also the beds.

The hotel is close to the downtown. (Walking distance) The hotel is in good stand. The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar, gym, and sauna. The rooms in the high floors have a great view

The room was clean but not impecabl. For example the bottle of sparkling water was open from the previous guest and was left unnoticed when the room was made.

Very attentive reception team. I have asked a quiet room and they took care of it. The room itself was very nice and had everything we needed.

Breakfast could be better for its price.

It's one of the high quality, high standard hotels. Everything was clean and of supreme quality. The bed was comfortable. Location is great. Staff are nice and helpful.

I wanted to have the invoice sent to my mail but for some reason I don't remember it was only possible to get it as a hard copy!

We booked room only but at check in were asked if we wanted breakfast. We said possibly/probably and were then charged for breakfast x 2 every day €44 a time, even on the day we didn’t take it. It was never made clear that if we didn’t want it we had to tell them.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable; the staff very friendly and accommodating. There was close attention to design and functionality. I like that we were awarded with drink vouchers because we signed an agreement to opt out of daily cleaning our room, part of their environmental/green pact.

That room service wasn’t available during our stay. Also, there wasn’t a welcome menu in our room with info such as local phone numbers, activities, and the wifi password for the hotel.
