Great location, near the inner city as well as the main station. Surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. The room was good, the bed comfy. Decor and style ok but a little boring. Good restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Breakfast was not any too good. Standard stuff, presented in a sub-standard way. Some of the staff speak neither German nor English very well. Some problems with the key card that failed to open the door. Friendly staff helped.

For two (2) **+ hotel, it is fabulous! The Accor chain hotels offer a certain standard level of quality and I am always happy when I stay in an Ibis, Novotel, Mercure or Sofitel. I loved the comfortable mattress, the very well and pratical designed room and toilet, the fabulus breakfast (even a waffle maker!) in a well lit, nice colors breakfast room. The location is also great. A walking distance from the train station and to the city's center. Next time in Heilbronn, I will stay there again!

I have stayed at Ibis hotels earlier, and I was surpriced over the nice, spacy room, earlier I have experienced narrow, very plastic rooms, but this one was nice, very close to the cental parts and the railway station. I arrived late and slept over the brakfast, so I did not test it.

The price is quite high for the area and could have included breakfast.

Great location close to a lot of wonderful dining options and also to a concert hall. We were there for a concert. I cannot think of any other reason to visit this city.

Heilbronn is one of Germany’s ugliest cities. Blame the Nazis and the Fascists. It was utterly destroyed and when they rebuilt it, ugh. Terrible.

Staff and facilities were great! Special mention to Marion, she was helpful and with a great smile 😃.

The hotel didn't have in-house dining service (a part of the breakfast), and there's nothing around to be reached walking. Although they can help with some food ordering to be delivered at the hotel (🍕).

Pretty standard hotel breakfast with enough selection. Very well designed and practical, but small room. Easy to open window with good curtain coverage. The room was on the back side of the hotel, so there was no traffic noise either.

Nothing to dislike on this hotel, really.

The rooms were not sound proof. My room was near the elevators and I kept waking up to the noise of people coming in and out of the elevator all night.

Room was very quiet and clean, and the desk under the window made a pleasant work station. There was a wide variety of items at breakfast, all fresh and tasty. The location is a short walk from the train station, and very close to the restaurant / shopping district. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, and were patient & professional when dealing with requests.

Only 3 power sockets in the room, and none at the bedside tables. No coffee making facility was provided in the room.

A/C, perfect location, v clean, very helpful staff. Able to use safe & they looked after our luggage safely long after check out.. & gave us info such as nearest outdoor swimming pool etc

I’m English & like to have drinks making facilities in the room plus would like a safe in my room rather than bother the staff.

The location is TOP. Just some meters away from the center and the main train station. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also good.

Maybe a bottle of water in the bedroom could be nice. Nothing else. This was top.
