I really liked the cleanliness, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, the location.

What was definitely missing was an option to connect my streaming devices to the television. I would have liked to have watched movies and series and it was not possible. I would also like to have more breakfast options for people who don't opt for the buffet and would like to have just a sandwich or a cheaper option.

While I agree with economising on towels etc, one small towel and small bathmat, was probably a bit stingy; a larger hand towel or even a small bath towel would be more appropriate. Also instructions for the air conditioning controls would be helpful.

The location is outstanding, and the hotel is super fresh, and staff are friendly. Extra plus for free luggage room and refrigerator in the room.

I would have liked at hot water boiler and tea and coffee bags in my room. It is quite pricey hotel and usually it is included in other hotels.

I don’t usually eat breakfast, I just wanted a coffee to take with me when I left in the morning, was told it’s not possible, also no tea coffee facilities in the room was a little disappointing.

The person that checked me in that day around 2pm was so pleasant and nice. They deserve a raise. Also, the man that set out the breakfast was great too.

Later on during the day I went down to ask if they had a coke at the bar the person rudely told me that there is the machine. I had no cash or change to get some to go with the meal I had just gotten delivered. When I reserved the room here it gave me 60€ a night and if I want breakfast it would be 15€ a night but when I asked for breakfast here it raised my reservation to 100€ a night. I went back and reserved without but when I got there it was 13€ per person. Why?

We liked the size of the room and the interior, the bed was very comfortable (sooo hard to get out in the morning :), people were nice, the room was quiet. Train station and quite a few cafes are around.

It's a pity that only bar, no food, was available in the hotel in the evening.

The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was exactly what we needed - a clean and modern space with comfortable beds. It was super easy to get there, just a three minute walk from the train station.

Good location, very high quality. Clean. Good breakfast. Excellent noise isolation - with closed windows you could not hear any thing from the street.

The high speed wifi is only for members of some club, for others it is marked as "low speed", and the speed is quite low indeed, although probably normal by German standards :)
