The hotel is located in a quiet street with substantial grounds surrounded it, the area was quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and I received a warm welcome on my arrival. The hotel is spacious and airy, my room was a good size and spotlessly clean. There was an excellent breakfast included with a good selection on offer. They have a restaurant at the property but it was closed on Sunday which is the day I arrived. Parking is available on site at no extra charge and was easy to access. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kempten.

The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday the day I arrived. I had to leave the hotel to find somewhere to dine. Although it was not a problem for me, it would have been nice to be able to eat at the hotel. If this is imported, I recommend checking the restaurant opening times before booking. The hotel hosts conferences and the restaurant may get busy or fully booked.

Staff at both reception and in the restaurant were great. Room was comfortable. Food was good. Gardens to relax in in the evening after dinner were a real joy.

Only one thing. We had asked to be in a room away from the lifts, but it meant we were at an end wall of the hotel and the noise from the kitchens clanging about below us until midnight travelled up the wall and kept us awake. Nothing can be done about that, and it was the result of our own request.

It was the best hotel experience we've had in years in Europe. Easy to find (location is 10+ especially if you are going to Munich Airport), spacious parking place. Modern, spacious, clean rooms. Extremely helpful lady at the reception. Huge garden with benches and tables - what an oasis! 24/7 bar in the lobby (operating even if the staff is not there). Walking distance (10-15 mins.) to the city centre (Rathaus). Breakfast beyond belief! Couldn't have asked for more. If we're ever back in Kempten, will surely choose this hotel again!

The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel which was once a nunnery. had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast choices were extensive and very good quality. There was also lots of free parking available.

Peaceful location where we stayed overnight. We accidentally booked the wrong date and accommodation let us change our booking at the desk for no additional cost. Great service 👍

Not much the host can do about it but quite a few mosquitos in the garden when we were there.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Bathroom countertop was large. Food offered at the breakfast buffet and at the restaurant for dinner was very good. Both allow for outdoor seating on the terrace next to a large garden. City center can be reached by foot.

When we first arrived, the main parking lot was full. There is additional parking in the back, but this made it a bit awkward to unload our things. For the rest of our stay we had no problem parking in the main area out front.

A Comfortable modern hotel that offers free parking at the property.. There is an excellent Restaurant at the property which offers a selection of classic dishes from the Allgau region. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Almost everything I needed was available at the Hotel. I will definitely stay there again when I next visit the City of Kempten

Everything was excellent, I can’t think of anything I dislike

Always it is like my home in Kempten. Once monastry, its surrounding and garden makes me so comfortable. Everything is well arranged, clean, spacious and quite. Enough parking space within the hotel yard. Breakfast is in variety of foods and drinks. Cannot find any better in Kempten.

Personnel was very friendly, the room was good value for money. The room was clean, the bathroom was good and it was quiet, so easy to fall asleep. The restaurant is good and breakfast was very well organized with beatifull products.

Good location, nice room, helpful staff, good food.

The restaurant/breakfast room was a little drab with not much of an atmosphere. No bar area.
