The cleanliness, the amenities that came with the room and the location is great. It was a really comfortable stay for me, the best I had throughout my Germany trip. The hotel seems very new and being new and clean is a major win.

1) The pillow is too soft. 2) I was told that their luggage room was full upon checkout, and there were no alteratives provided, which foiled my plans as i was left stranded with my luggages. I told them that i only needed them to keep it for 40 mins. I feel that some flexibility can be practised here. 3) I wanted to extend my stay by a night and enquired upon check-in, and the front desk said no problem without checking on the system, but it turns out that they were full. All these are just small problems I encountered, overall I'm very satisfied with the room!

the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. As many of the previous reviews have pointed out, the hotel is very new and as a result, the rooms were immaculate. the beds and bedding were super clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was nicely appointed and would have been nice had we needed it. The staff was courteous responsive. One of the light switches in the bathroom was broken and the staff had it fixed within an hour.

This is a minor criticism, but for those driving, the hotel is a little hard to find. There is parking directly next to the hotel, but is accessed from behind which made it a little confusing. Once you get your bearings, it isn’t an issue. parking is $11 per day. The rooms are very efficient but are on the smallish side.

We very much liked the location of the hotel and the price/value. The bathroom and room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed.

The room was very small for 4 persons. It was only possible to open the window a small section which did not really allow for much fresh air. When the kitchen is used, a bigger trash can is needed.

The hotel is centrally located and it’s a good value for the money. You cannot beat the location. The family rooms are great for families with small children. The staff is friendly.

The front desk is often not staffed so you just need to walk to a nearby desk, but there is not always a sign telling you to do so.

Breakfast was traditional and delicious. The hotel is in a great place and really new. Very good place to stay in Kiel.

We had to pay for the hotel parking. It wasn't included in the price.

I booked this hotel for my mother and father-in-law who are both in their late 70's. They said it was wonderful. Perfect spot, close to everything and they were very impressed with the restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Very serviceminded staff. Good apartment for one adult and two kids. Had everything we needed and a little more. Adagio is situated between a lot of good breakfast cafés.

We missed an opportunity to cast to the tv from iOS.

Super smart kitchenette, with everything one needs to make the stay so much more convenient, solid built, spacious & super clean bathroom& comfortable beds. All really high quality , close to all and with a parking place....

It is very good hotel full equipped and good access to every where and Preis is fair and coffee and water are free.

it’s beautiful hotel, and a great location. the rooms are a bit small but still so worth it.

the staff was not the best to be honest, they were not nice at all or helpful. I kinda felt they were annoyed by us.
