Fantastic room and location, very friendly staff and assistance even after normal check-in hours. We weren't able to stay for breakfast but will make a point of trying that next time!
I was surprised the car park wasn't free (which is fair enough), respectively that wasn't communicated clearly at the time of booking. I am not someone who books without reading up on the place and hadn't come across that bit of information.

The hotel was located right in centre of town next to a busy railway, so do not expect a quiet location. The room was spacy, however, with an excellent bed and armchairs to rest in after a long walk downtown. Breakfast was good, but essential items as yoghurt, ryebread etc. were missing that morning.
The breakfast quickly ran out of items, so be early. The parking facilities in the basement were narrow and not for learners.

Large room, comfortable bed. Little balcony with view of the tracks but no outside noice from street or trains
Nice shower head but it is broken. Would prefer to have a simple watercooker and some tea/coffee in the room since the hotel bar is closed and there is not much open around in the evening

The staff was super friendly, the location good for getting either into Kiel or taking the bus to go to the seaside. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
It's a bit loud at night as the hotel is located right next to the tain treks and a big road. Sleeping with an open window was not possible for me.

Very spacious room with a nice balcony. The breakfast was simple but generous. Location: it is very close to the station but we did not have time to explore it.

We did not expect such a spacious room with a huge window and a balcony! We especially liked some of the nice touches like the blackout curtains and the rain shower. The breakfast was very good!
Although the breakfast was good, it could have been served at least until 12 on a Saturday. During our stay, it was served from 7 to 10 am.
