Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and delicious food in restaurant. Easy parking. Good location for us having our own car, but there is a bus stop just round the corner with regular buses down to the city centre of Kiel, which is definitely worth a look. All staff very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English, which we found very helpful.
For the price, some body lotion should be provided. Why are the bath towels so small?

This was the best hotel experience I've had during all of my visits to Germany! Super nice and helpful staff, very nice looking and comfy room, superior breakfast. 10/10 definately!
I was thinking really hard on what would I improve upon this hotel, but I can't think of any. Perhaps it'd be nice to have more parking space maybe?

Great hotel in an ideal location for us. Courteous service. On Sunday, the owner of the hotel personally inquired about our wellbeing. Also, she had a great beach recommendation for us, which we followed and spent another wonderful day in the Kiel region.
Breakfast could be designed for food intolerances a little more.

I seldom give hotels top rating, but this was an exception. Location, parking, check-in, all ok. The dinner was something to come for. Outstanding. But what really amazed us what the breakfast. Probably the best breakfast menu ever experienced in Europe. We would love to come back.
Our room was rather cold, but probably our fault - we should have mentioned it to the reception. Next morning the heating came on.

The quiet surroundings in the middle of the city. The pool for a morning swim. The delicious fish restaurant and fabulous breakfast.
Some of the spa features didn't work easily. Perhaps temporarily out of order.

Very accommodating staff, who helped us even though we were delayed and drove in late. Excellent location and proximity to the beach and the promenade. Very clean. Very comfortable. Pleasant food in the restaurant.
