When renting the room through bookin, it was written that breakfast was included, but breakfast was not included. The hotel is located in a slightly remote but quiet place. The female staff at the entrance could have been a little more friendly.

Your system outside the door is very difficult for those who do not speak a foreign language. There was no password to enter from the outer door. I did not receive detailed information in the email. There was a 4-digit password in the e-mail, but the door did not open. Then someone from inside came and opened the door. I recommend you to be sensitive about this issue.

1. The hotel is very close to a bus stop and it is convenient to travel anywhere. 2. The hotel staffs are very friendly. 3. The rooms are well organized in terms of necessary stuff. Overall, it is a good place for one night stay.

1. Two out of three self check-in machines do not work. 2. The rooms are big with respect to their temperature regulation system. The rooms are cold after keeping the temperature at 28°C. Suddenly it feels cold, or sometimes hot. 3. The bathrooms are small and we found a spider in our bathroom.

This place far exceeded our expectations. We were expecting just another average B&B to "just stay overnight and continue the journey in the morning" kind of stuff, but we ended up enjoying our stay. Comfy beds, super clean, new, amazing shower. We got helluva nice sleep there! Highly recommend.

We could use a kettle to bowl some water in the room for the tea, but its okay you could get some tea from the wending machine in the lobby

It was not possible to enter the hotel after 10pm using the checkin machine, although we had a valid and fully paid check in confirmation. The confirmation code was not found. Fortunately some other guest could open the door for us. Only the next day we were told that there was another device outside where we were supposed to enter the room code. This was not clear at all.

Easy access, in South of Berlin, quiet, convenient, clean

This time the parking lot was full with trucks and transporters from building crews when I came back to hotel after 10PM. They took up a lot of space and I hardly found a space to park my car. Trucks should park somewhere else.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

I expected bigger selection of food for breakfast. There was a seating area outside in front of our windows as our room was on the ground floor so we had to keep curtains closed. We stayed one night so it was OK but I can´t imagine doing this for longer stay.

The hotel was quiet at night. It's mostly used by people on work trips so there's no late night partying.

It's one of those hotels where you have to pass through a cloud of cigarette smoke at the entrance. You have to arrive early if you want a car park space.

No supermarkets or restaurants close by. Room next to the parking lot was a bit noisy at times.

Staff were friendly & helpful, despite language barrier! The room was fairly small but good use was made of the space. Shower room was very clean & smart.

Location - closer to station would have been better. Difficult to fault anything else. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been welcome.
