Nice and clean hotel. They have their own parking lot with EV charging. The staff were very nice and polite. The hotel is very close to Kristall Therme. The room is well equipped with kitchenette and very spacious. The breakfast was okay.

The breakfast could be improved a bit with hot egg dishes made on request. The beds were too soft for our liking. The EV chargers are often blocked by cars not charging, and the parking spaces are very narrow, which won’t be a problem if people would care about not blocking even 2 spaces with a not charging car. (Be aware that there is a secondary building, so you not necessarily will be hosted in the main. You have to get the keys from the restaurant in the main building.)

A wonderful hotel/Restaurant!. The rooms were wonderful, clean and very charming. The service throughout our stay was excellent. This is a quaint town that is in a beautiful location. The breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of choices all of which were fresh and delicious. The restaurant served wonderful meals and the food was fabulous. The service was excellent and very caring.

The room was full of dust under the bed, on the windows sill (where we also found a dead insect too the very first day), under the closet. A LOT of dust. Not the room for you if you are allergic to dust. The visible parts seemed more clean.

Quite near train station and right in front of the bus stop. Big room with bath tub as well. The restaurant downstairs is also quite nice.

Lighting in the room is not that good, quite dark even if you turn on the lights. Breakfast is also a little bit limited (but their eggs are soft boiled so it's pretty good!)

Very convenient to reach. Just next to the Kochel station and bus stand.

The soap in the shower was empty and the window didn't have a mountain view as mentioned. Although we had booked for a double bed room, we were given four beds. We would have preferred a mountain view with a smaller room.

The hotel was pretty cool with very nice deco pieces - during breakfast (it was nice, even with fresh-pressed juice) we were walking around wondering the little details - the frescas on the walls, old wine press - it was amazing!

Simple, very friendly, and quiet, despite being in the centre of the village. I was very happy here, and it ticked all the boxes, but nothing extravagant.

Great location, very nice breakfast, and I was given a room upgrade, which was very nice of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't really anything I disliked.

very few staff both for the hotel itself and for the restaurant, therefore everything takes a long time and not higher in service. but overall positive

It's a beautiful rustic place, with a lot of charme and authentic architecture and decor. Very cosy, great food in the hotel restaurant, superb location. We love it, it was our 2nd stay and definitely not the last one.
