Very comfortable room with water and tea, which was handy considering the time I got there. I arrived late, around 22:40, and they were closed (as stated from their checkin time), but there was an envelope with my name and instructions on how to access my room. Loved the experience. The room is very comfortable, I wish I was there longer.

No shops very close to the area. But I could order for food which arrived in about 20mins.

The hotel is nice & charming and has a good feel of homestay. The owner is very helpful.

The location is very odd for the people who don't have a car, it is 2 km away from the airport and walking is the only best option that takes around 25 min with luggage so that's stressful. Currently Uber charges around 35 euros for such a short distance. Connectivity to Cologne central is also time-consuming. Also not suggested to come back late to the hotel because you might not get public transport from the nearest railway station. So the best option would be to book in advance for a cheaper rate near the Centre.

Cute, quirky place and the room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a little cramped but no big deal. Good value for the price. The staff was very accommodating when we realized we came down late for breakfast.

The parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate.

location ended up being a bit of a work around with the trains. if you have a car, no problem, otherwise, be prepared for the 12€ taxi

It was a very hot night. There was no air conditioning and the fan was loud. Hot nights would not usually be a problem in Germany, though.

The hotel is very near to the airport, which is handy if you need to travel. It offers a familiar atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

The boss, Ms Ingeborg, scolded the receptionist in front of the guests. And the receptionist was really trying to do everything right. She was definitely trying her best. This is not a professional way a boss should treat the workers. It also damages the image of the hotel.

Close to airport. Parking. Breakfast possible. Bathroom is pretty big. Huge TV to be in a hotel room.

No air-conditioning and close to airport makes it a bit noisy to sleep. Closed windows makes it to warm.

the staff was super nice, waited for me to arrive (even after their shift ended), I had a really nice welcome. check in and check out were easy. location close to the airport. room is basic and comfortable. shuttle to the airport

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The rooms were a good size with excellent bathroom facilities. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options

Window blinds 100% light off. A free and available parking.

Too tiny walls. I heard a conversation and almost every move in the next room.
