It is in a good location, close to the Dom, without being in the frenzy. It was quiet. It has easy access to transit; and many options for food in the near vicinity. The room was a good size, with view of the Dom. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower. There was a sofa that could have been used for a bed for another person. The air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of storage and a small refrigerator to keep a few beverages cold. There is a small grocery store around the corner.

Not a deal breaker, but the room we had was up another floor than the elevator went to, so there was a narrow flight of steps up to our room. Luckily, we didn't have excessive luggage. There was no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room wasn't too hot. The location was fantastic and was in walking distance to the shopping area, Cathedral, Main train station and the Christmas Markets.

The bedside shelf, just above the pillows, hadn't be dusted. We were disappointed that there weren't tea/coffee facilities in the room.

the location was nice and also near a tram stop as well as next to the shopping street and only about 10 minutes away from the central station,the staff was nice and helpful and most importantly there was amazing air conditioning which made the stay even nicer.

i wish more things like an iron,coffee and tea machines were included in the room since there is a fridge already and some spots were not cleaned well since i had found an old cigarette in my lamp which was concerning.

Everything. Good space and excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful and the check in was easy to do. Comfortable beds and great bathroom.

Really needs a kettle in the room. I am not a fan of German pillows but the bed was nice anyway. Using an app for the room key was no my favorite option but all good anyway

very good Location, right in the center of the neighbourhood. A 24h public parking garage, just a few steps away. You can visit historical places, shop, eat within a walking distance! And the price is reasonable.

Nothing much to complain about, except the noise from the street in the morning, with all those trucks loading goods for the shops around the area.

Surpassed a lot of my thoughts we had a junior suite and when we at first got there and saw the bathroom was back in the bedroom we were trying to figure out how to let everyone use it without interrupting each other but then to our surprise there is a toilet in the first room for those staying in that room! The room was very spacious for us and we will definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. It was in the centre of town, but the room wasn't loud at all. Big parking garage next to the hotel, the cost of the parking was only 15€ for 24h (Rewe). Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom didn't have a hand soap The pillow was really bad

The location was exceptional, hotel had an amazing vibe and the photos give a realistic picture of the rooms (they are not too big but perfectly enough for staying for a weekend), staff was very friendly, can easily access it from the highway and have discounted parking. We had a great experience and would definitely go back and recommend it.

Nothing that I didn’t like, really.. I saw people complaining about the parking and that the spa is not in the same building but to me that is no issue at all and just wanted to make a note that this is not the end of the world :)

location was excellent. rooms very adequate, clean comfy and warm and cosy. staff very helpful in helping us navigate around the city, could leave luggage in a safe place

we asked for rooms close together, 201, 301 and 501. but that didnt spoil the city break at all
