The breakfast was incredible, absolutely faultless. The room and furnishings very good. The only disappointment was the Wellness facilities being closed when I arrived at 7.40pm. Surely if a hotel offers such facilities they need to be open at times people are minded to use them. Only a minor gripe as otherwise the hotel and service was good.

Nice room with lake view, good bed, nice little terrace was excellent in the late afternoon. Good breakfast. I especially appreciated the explicit invitation at the breakfast buffet to also grab something "to go", that was a nice surprise to me. Perfect location to start nice walks right outside the hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (we stayed in the family suite) was modern, spacious and the bunk beds were super fun for kids. There were even some nice new toys in the children's room so we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was tasty and included some vegan options , which was very thoughtful.

The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Especially you can make juice by yourself. We really love it. More, the hotel is on the side of the lake so it’s very nice to have a morning walk after breakfast.

Reception closed too early so it took us some time to find the contact person and get the key.

Super modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The beds were soft and the decor was very well done. The views of the lake added an element of relaxation that is difficult to describe. The breakfast was excellent and generous (all-you-can-eat)!

The room is very warm but that’s the only thing and we actually choose this room as so convenient with our dog.

We stayed at room 125. This room is outside the corridor of the hotel. It has a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The restaurant didn't have any of the dishes we meant to eat for dinner (looked online at restaurants website, apparently not updated), but the food was very good. Breakfast was surprisingly very good as well.

The shower didn't have a door (and actually had a transparent window for a wall, so forget about privacy in the shower), which led to water on the floor. There was no air conditioning in the room, and although the evening was cool, tons of mosquitoes entered the room if you opened a window.

It was a shame the restaurant was closed on Sunday as we only stayed 1 night and it could have had a tea/coffee making facility.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was very good.

Perhaps there should be a little bit more ventilation in the hotel for more fresh air. There was only a limited range of vegetarian dishes in the restaurant.
