The location is lovely and the city easily accessible by bus. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed any problems. The facilities and garden are relaxing. The pool was quiet and refreshing. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. We had a lovely two night stay.

The beds were very soft and the shower head was broken and not very clean but immediately exchanged when we mentioned this.

According to the description it’s supposed to be a “hotel”, however the reception is closed around 15:00. Well the self-checkin is quite easy and convenient but there is no room service in this hotel. Room is quite cozy, but we could hear everything from the room next door includes their TV. Wifi is not working well. The price range of the hotel particularly in this area is not that cheap to compare with the others. But the price doesn’t really match its facility and service at this moment.

Fabulous countryside location right by the river

Tried to enter the hotel after 17:00. There is no staff at that time. I had my phone dead. I could only find an instruction written only in German that I didn't understand. It was a challenge to get in.

The location. It was a little remote as I cant drive, but there is a bus which goes from opposite the hotel, daytime. Also there is a pool, but it was very cold.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, rural area with a spacious garden & outdoor seating areas. The breakfast was tasty with a varied selection of cold meats & cheeses as well as a hot selection of food.

We were a party of & four & had two rooms booked. The one room was downstairs & the other on the second floor. It was a very warm day & when we arrived the room on the bottom floor was cool but the one on the second floor was extremely warm having been on the sun all day. This room didn’t really cool down & so made it very difficult to sleep. There was no AC or even a portable fan available. Coffee was supposed to be provided but in the one room only sugar was available. The beds looked inviting but were not comfortable.

Very clean, beautiful garden and swimming pool. The surroundings are beautiful just like the town of Lüneburg.

Turned out to be a hotel without dining/ lunch facilities, we were surprised by that. Was not mentioned on Booking.

Breakfast was quite okay.

I expected better room for the location. It was quite disappointing. I had to change the room for the additional price but it was only acceptable for the price.
