very clean, convenient, great location

the cleaning staffs knocked at 9 o’clock and even opened the door which woke us up (the check out time should be 12 p.m.) they even knocked the second time around 11 a.m. although we have already hung the don’t disturb sign. Too disturbing!! Why knocked so many times before the check out time?? it feels like being driven away:(

Hotel is new and clean. Quite basic, but sufficent. Just 5min walk from the old town and railway station. Nice and friendly staff.

You can hear the trains goin right past the hotel - but I think that is to be expected when you book room from hotel right next to trainstation:)

The very friendly manager of the hotel waited for us after the official check-in time. The hotel was perfect for us a stopover on the way to Denmark, with parking just outside. The room was small but very comfortable. The price/quality ratio is in top!

Lovely big room and disabled bathroom. Decent breakfast and staff were very helpful. Ideally situated for town centre and Christmas market. right next to railway station so car stayed in the carpark most of the time.

The single bed was a bit narrow.

Breakfast: Fresh bread rolls, good coffee, good selection of food. Room: Design and layout good. Air-conditioning a huge plus. Location: Excellent, ten minute walking distance to town. Staff: Did a great job at breakfast ensuring tables cleaned and that masks were worn due to COVID regulations.

Breakfast: Size of table too cramped for 4 people. Could be larger, but this is not a complaint, just a suggestion. Room: Bed excellent, pillows dreadful, way too soft. Room Cleaning: tissue dropped under bed-side table was still their 3 days later at check-out. Are rooms vacuumed daily? Beds made up daily and bathroom always spotless.

Small rooms, but well designed. There is room for everything you really need, very functional layout. Breakfast is simple, but good. Comfortable, convenient, and very clean.

The hotel was located nearby both the center of Lumeburg and the train station. Just walking 5mnts. Also it was very clean and the staff was so friendly.

breakfast was good but a little crowded. staff always cleaned up after guests finished their breakfast but sometimes it was late. staff were nice. room was clean and modern.

Nice breakfast, tidy rooms. Personal was very helpful. Hotel is in walking distance from city center and train station so it's comfortable for have a one day trip to Luneburg.

The location close to the town and train station suited us, parking was reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable.
