The location of the hotel is perfect and just a few minutes walk to the city centre. A car park, free for hotel guests, is situated at the back of the hotel. Elevator access to all floors. The staff at the reception area and the bar area were very friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel has its own restaurant and brewery. The food and beer were both very good. The hotel room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. The Air-conditioning made it even more comfortable. A complimentary non-plastic bottle of water was offered in the room and non-plastic reusable glasses were available. Even in the bathroom, non-plastic tumblers were available. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A choice of pillows (soft and firm) would have been welcome.

The location is perfect! The room was fine. It was hot during the evening and we could not control the temperature; however, we could open the window. The restaurant was excellent and the original reason for choosing the hotel. It's a brewery! It offered a selection of typical German foods, brick oven flatbreads, and of course, its "own" beer! We enjoyed it very much! Breakfast was an enjoyable short walk to its sister hotel. The spread included coffee, tea, juice, water, sweets, eggs, cereals, yogurts, fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads. It was very pleasant.

I already paid for the rooms through Bookings.com. The front desk asked for a credit card which I gladly gave. I thought it was for incidentals, but when I checked out I realized I was double-charged for the rooms. I had to call the office the next day to reverse the charge. An email showing the transaction of the credit was sent to me. It was harmless, but a lot of unnecessary time and energy was spent on both of our parts.

Excellent place. Great restaurant. Check in staff was excellent. Really neat town with a large Saturday morning fresh market in the old town area. Really liked it.

Morning staff was kind of hovering. During breakfast the girl made us feel like we were doing something wrong. Just constantly watching super close. It was odd.

Joe Sepp's was clean and comfortable. The helpful friendly staff were happy to go out of their way to help. Good English is spoken at reception and in the fantastic restaurant. Great location near the centre of town and walking distance for most from the bahnhof. Great restaurant with friendly staff and of course good beer. Also plenty of vegetarian options. Not just the käsespätzle and veggie burgers we found elsewhere. Portions were large!. Nice touches such as water, pen and notepad in the room. Recommended

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels in the area and didn't do justice to the rest of Joe Sepp's hotel and restaurant.

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. We had free parking and stress free check in. The room is basic but very clean and well maintained. Air con worked perfect which we needed as it was such a warm weekend. On the Friday night there was a live band who were absolutely amazing. Check out was a breeze.

The only negative point we had was that the room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels on our second day. This by no means spoilt our stay. It was a very busy festival weekend in the town so we didn’t make a fuss.

Great location, rest was fine. Couldn't hear any noise from other rooms, that was great. We appreciate that they have a lift. Great to have WiFi.

We thought the breakfast was overpriced at 9.90 Euros. The buffet was a moderate range. Maybe if they offer smoked salmon and a third fruit juice. The bread roll selection was very poor, we only got one each on our last day. We didn't see the Memminger speciality of Laugensemmel at all. Other guests were very noisy in the corridors, we had to ask them to go back into their rooms with their playing children as it was already 11pm. The hairdryer was highly complicated to work out but I managed in the end.

Nice hotel, good location, clean room. Unfortunately we stayed for few hours only and we missed to have dinner and taste the beer in the good looking restaurant. Thank you for giving us the option for late self checkin after reception's working hours. It was very important for our family (we were with our child). Due to the huge delay of our flight we missed the last bus for Munich. Memmingen is lovely town.

Excellent hotel, brewery and restaurant with outdoor space and parking. Extremely clean, friendly and welcoming. Good food and drink both at dinner and breakfast, the hotel's own beers are must. Bedroom big, comfortable and well appointed if a bit stark. Nice views onto the street. The mash tuns and tanks gleaming behind plate glass windows and the pallets of hops and malt in the foyer were a definite point of interest.

Not a lot really, the parking is a little awkward to find but mainly because I didn't get directions ahead of time and it's easy to get deviated into the town centre but only went round the block once. I guess it's all a bit modern and swish and it wasn't immediately easy to relax and warm to it, but we did and I would happily stay again.

Clean spacious room with view over street. Breakfast was good with choice of cerials and meats. Dinner was also good with excellent wheat beer from their own brewery. Good location on the edge of town for sightseeing or shopping.

The property was very modern and has an excellent restaurant which was good value for money. Staff all friendly and exceptional. Room was spacious, clean and well kept.

The rooms could do with soft closing doors as I woke up a couple of times due to nearby rooms doors slamming shut.
