The room was spacious, clean, well heated, had a private bathroom which was also comfortable. The bath towels, hair dryer, soap/shampoo were included. The sockets and shelves were conveniently situated and multiple. Each roommate could get their personal key card for the room. There was a TV in our room, too. The guys at the reception were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The kitchen. It was situated outside of the building, so we had to cross the backyard. There's only key to the kitchen door, very limited kitchen ware and unfortunately no electric kettle. The kitchen is rather small for a hostel this size. If it wasn't for the kitchen the hostel would get 10 stars.

Fast check in system was good, but it didn’t give us the room keys so we had to end up at the reception anyway. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast space is in another building and there are no elevators. We had to use stairs with luggages so it was inconvenient. Also, there weren’t anything warm in the breakfast (e.g. scrambled eggs or sausages). You will not leave hungry but for the price I think there should be more than 3 types of ham and 4 types of cereal. Also the location is a bit far from the central area and from the nearest subway. It’s not hostel’s fault obviously, just the guests should consider 10-15 min walking to tram and s bahn.

When you stay somewhere, you should not notice the room because it should be clean, orderly and functional. A&O did great in this respect. The staff was truley exceptional though and were increibly hostpitable and helpful. We felt very taken care of by the staff. Especially the food service staff who met our dietary needs with consistent exceptional service and accomidation.

We traveled with our family, which allowed us to bring (no joke) 26 pieces of luggage. The lift was broken for more than half of the time and we ended up bringing almost all of the luggage up five levels by hand. That was a nusciance and troublesome on the bookends of our stay.

The beds are very close together in the mixed dorm but otherwise all good!

Hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Hot chocolate was super tasty for 2.6 euros. The room was also comfortable. We changed it at the end moment and it was all good with availabilities and everything.

The management of the bar online system. I was quite hungry and ordered a sandwich online. Went to pick it and got to know that they are out of it. After only then, they updated the inventory. But all good since they refunded the money right away.

Pleasant reception staff, comfortable beds, it was almost clean.We booked and paid for two rooms at once. Everything is fine with the first room, why was the second room not booked in the system, although our payment went through. The guy at the reception very quickly solved the problem in 5 minutes and gave us an even larger room than we booked.

There is a railway nearby, but in October it is cool, and with the windows closed the noise is almost inaudible. In summer it will be noisy when the windows are open

breakfast moderate. No hot meals (only pancakes and eggs). Offer of cold cuts sufficient. In case of pancakes there was a problem when there were many guests - for example school trips, the machine for pancakes was "out of order". Many guests reported problems with parking. Indeed, not many places and quite high price (15 euro per day) but generally there was no problem to find a place. Later I left car on the street. Usually it was possible to park quite near the hotel (no more than 100 meters).

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious, enough for our family of four. Really great breakfast options. Great location for walking to dinner or getting groceries at lidl down the road.

The streets were very noisy which wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have to keep the windows open to let air through. Sirens were constantly going by but it didn’t hinder our sleep. The breakfast area was a little confusing to find but overall it was fine.

Size of the room ( 2 children and 2 adults in one room) and still enough room to spare. Location, close to the metro station. No noisy at all for a hostel.

The cleanliness was not there: some "brown" stains on the walls. The bathroom had an awful smell. Some mattress were smaller than the bed frames itself (in the bunk bed but also in the adult beds), my kid was constantly falling in between the bunk bed frame and the mattress - waking us up at night.
