Hotel Miamo was modern and clean and much nicer than I was expecting for the price. There was a small problem with our room upon check-in that was *immediately* remedied efficiently and perfectly. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us: close to the S-Bahn and our friends whom we were visiting in Pasing. Even with the large windows (unmatched view over the square), the room was quiet and in 30+ degree heat, the air conditioning was much appreciated! The supermarket and bakery downstairs was also super convenient. In all, we loved our stay!

Coffee or tea making facilities in room would be great, although I do understand this isn't standard in Germany.

The hotel is designed in a modern, industrial chic style, and it feels really new. Even the parking garage is really modern with no ramp. The location is amazing and everything is well organized and easy. It was comfy and really convenient.

The comforter was really small, would've appreciated a bigger one for sleeping. And there were no extra blankets in the room to help fix the situation. Also the AC unit had a weird way of functioning where you're supposed to set a delta temperature, instead of just a simple temperature value. It was confusing and I was either too warm or too cold during the night.

The hotel feels very new and has a lovely interior design throughout. The room we stayed in was a basic room, compact but nicely laid out. The bed was maybe a touch too hard and had one small pillow. No English channels on TV. Very cleverly laid out room though and shower was very good - strong pressure. We got a free bottle of water on arrival which was nice but then were charged 20€ for 3 large bottles of water which felt a bit extortionate. Bar is very nicely designed and amazing large windows overlooking the lovely square. We didn’t get the breakfasts so can’t comment on their quality, but we did try the restaurant next to hotel for breakfast and that was delicious. Are we stayed at was lovely - very close to Pasing train station and we did a 10km run to Nymphenburg palace and the Pasing Stadspark which were both very nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Charge for 3 bottles of water was extortionate - 20€ Could have had two small pillows instead of just one. No spa or wellness facility is a bit of a shame. Staff weren’t particularly helpful and nice, and some didn’t speak good English

All the staff at the registration desk (except one) were helpful and friendly. It was within walking distance of the the train station, restaurants and shops.

We were only offered a breakfast card after we commented to the manager on duty that the employee at the desk at check in was less than helpful when we requested a room closer to the elevator bc of a ambulation issue. There isn't always decent lighting above the full length mirrors. Free breakfast? We weren't offered the breakfast card until the day of check out. The MOD presented us with it as a "we're so sorry" offering.

I had a better room this time, not a weird setup but one with a proper bathroom, which I enjoyed. I'm hoping to also have this type of room with a proper separation of bathroom in the future bookings.

Still for 1 person booking the duvet is small, I wish they just gave the same size regardless of number of people booking the room. I also had this humming noise from the blinds mechanism and I wish I could have turned it off. I also had no idea how to use it and didn't get a chance to talk with reception as it's not 24/7 and I was always going back late (and no time in the morning to ask).

Hotel has a good location and is comfortable

The staff few hours before my check-in send a message that it is was needed a new credit card number to mantain the reservation because the one with which it was made the reservation was not valid. The credit card I used in the booking.com was perfectly working and it used in other hotel reservations. The management of the hotel pretended me to email a new credit card numer not considering the safety problem it was involved. Any booking.com safety policy was ignored by the hotel. This is really the first time it happened to me.

location is great two supermarkets under hotels very close to big shopping mall restaurants all around and close to train station during checkout it was early morning around 5:00am I was booking two rooms one of those rooms cards not working and luggage inside my train was 6:00 am no front disk it will start at 7:00 am so I call the number in my booking they answered means guide me to master card location

there’s no fridge on the room or even main fridge in the reception

The direct connection with the public parking garage including an elevator was perfect. Because Miano offers no breakfast, it was good to have a super market with bakery and a restaurant serving breakfast next door. Public transport was within walking distance, as are convenience stores and multiple restaurants. This suite had a sort of separate seating area where it's possible to read a book with a smaller light without disturbing someone who is already in bed too much. We appreciated that the toilet was seperate from the bath room.

We had diner first at the suggested restaurant to get breakfast, it was a bit chaotic, for example they served potatoes instead of fries AND made up a weird excuse, how in Germany fries are potatoes or something like that. The food was ok but not great. We didn't feel like trying the breakfast the next day so we got sandwiches etc at the bakery in the supermarket next door. They have a terrace too.

The room was clean and there was a welcome gift, bottled water and a map to Oktoberfest- which is why we were there, and it was a really nice touch.

There was no in-room air conditioning and when we tried to keep the window open over night, there were so many sirens that seemed to be coming and going right by the hotel- I'm not sure if its right by a fire department or hospital but be aware!

Beautiful new hotel next to a cute square with some restaurants. Hotel is close to the bus and sbahn. I really liked the open plan space of the room, and very modern looking. The hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast but downstairs there is a bakery with breakfast options attached to the supermarket, which was also really nice and I didn't miss a hotel buffet. In the surroundings of the hotel you have plenty of restaurant and beergarden choices. I was staying here for work and would book it again next time.

Nothing big, if I have to name anything, I booked a 2 person room for 1 which meant also only 1 pillow, I would've preferred a regular made bed.
