Breakfast was really good, they offered a lot of options. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the furniuture and other facilities were good.

Wifi was really bad, I couldn't even open a single webpage. This was a major headache during my stay. Also, keep in mind that minibar is not free :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and new rooms, quiet rooms, a little bar/lounge at the entrance, parking in the hotel garage. The location was in walking distance from downtown Munich and 5 minutes from the central train station. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in a very "poor" district. I would not feel safe at night or as a single female traveller. The hotel has a parking garage, but the staff was unable to reserve a space in advance. I didn't get why... I was lucky to have a parking spot, but they might as well all be full... reserving them in advance would give the peace of mind to be able to park in the busy inner ciry

The location is very practical, a walking distance from main landmarks, such as the main station, the Oktoberfest's Park, and the old town centre.

The neighborhood is not very pretty, too many homeless people, beggars and suspicious commerce. Additionally, during the early hours, inside the hotel some people do not respect the silence for the other guests who are still sleeping.

A modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. Modern room with fairly good amenities and spacious. Nice bath products and a quite comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast buffet every day with a lot of choices. Best part of the hotel is the reception staff, especially Alexandra and Laura( or Paula, not sure of the name exactly)who were very helpful and always smiley. Would surely recommend the hotel to everyone who wants a good stay and close to the city centre. The area route hotel is a little deprived, but that is always the case when you are close to train stations and the city centre. Definitely met our expectations!

Did not find anything not to like…

The room was comfy and had enough space/storage for our luggage while still allowing space for us to move around. We had the breakfast one day of our stay and we were pleased with the selection. The location had a bit of construction around, but was a great distance to the city center and all the departure spots for tour's. We were able to walk everywhere with no problems!

Compared to the restaurants around, dinner wasn't the best, but it was convenient for when we didn't want to leave the hotel.

The added bonus of hotel umbrellas for guests was a thoughtful touch, especially considering the unpredictability of the weather. Another highlight was the sauna, which offered a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. It was clean and well-kept, enhancing the overall relaxation experience. Lastly, the bar at the entrance was a great spot to enjoy a drink. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making it a nice place to unwind in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities and a great location.

The hotel has a really central location (within walking distance of the central train station), nice theming and our room was nice and spacious. The highlight was the bed, which was large and incredibly comfortable.

Some minor complaints. The rooms only had water bottles that had bottle caps, but no bottle opener. When we asked the reception for one, they said they'd come knock on our door and bring one but we never received it. The room only had a really strong chemical smell, but this went once we aired out the room. The light switch in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, too.

Very helpful allowing us to check in early. The breakfast is very good with many choices. I finally got enough coffee. I do think it would be best if the breakfast cost was posted so you don’t have to ask. 20 euros is a good value especially with the cafes full of other people.

Baseboards need to be attached to the walls completely. It’s about a mile to Marienplatz. Wish it was a bit closer but for the price it was good. Neighborhood is safe but the number of Arabic men loitering on the streets is disturbing.

Honestly all was great and beyond our expectations for the price. Staff were very welcoming, quick at check- in and everything was smooth (love the 2PM check in by the way). Room was really clean, shower was epic, our love of this may have been skewed by camping at a festival for the weekend, but honestly it was powerful! Beds were massive and comfy would definitely recommend.

...being picky the tv was very outdated, slow connection to YouTube and screen casting was awkward
