the staff were outstanding and super friendly for the Oktoberfest visitors. location for Oktoberfest is ~5 min walk

even with the following…we would go back. but I do note these….the carpet in the room was really something more like a piece of synthetic/hard foam rolled over a concrete floor. there was no art or wall hangings of any type, just a very stark white.

The room was well appointed and very clean. The hotel is well located between the central station and the main pedestrianised areas of Munich. Overall a very comfortable place to stay for a few nights and explore the city.

The area where the hotel is located isn't the cleanest in Munich but we didn't have any issues during our stay. The breakfast was also quite expensive at 20EUR per person, which we didn't opt for as you can do just as well or better from the myriad cafes nearby.

Great room: quiet, big, nice window, blackout is possible, AC working perfectly, working desk, very confortable bed and pillows. Very nice hotel with a small nice courtyard. Amazing breakfast. 7 minutes walking to the main central station and 15 minutes walking to the city center. The staff was friendly, helpful and very nice.

The surroundings of the hotel are multicultural and may feel uncomfortable for some women.

Accommodation - comfortable and versatile lobby. Although the rooms are not large in size, they are very well balanced in terms of furniture and facilities. I appreciated the bathroom with a glass wall towards the inside, but for those who are not couples it can be a challenge. The inner courtyard with the walls full of green plants with flowers, very well maintained. The window blinds that ensure comfort overnight and provide additional sound isolation. The breakfast was varied and good. Gluten free options available on request.

For those traveling by car, keep in mind that access to the underground parking is via an elevator that does not allow larger cars/SUVs to enter. There are 2-3 seats in the inner courtyard, subject to availability.

It’s a nice hotel with clean common rooms and hotel room. Good size bath and tea and coffee facilities. The location is close to the HauptBahnhof and so easy to walk there. Full of all sorts of Middle Eastern and Afghan restaurants around, so amazing food access.

A bit far from the centre (Marienplatz usw.) and the touristic sites (good 20-25 mins walk). I love it because I am Middle Eastern, but the immediate surroundings are not Bavarian if you are looking for that experience. You are in the middle of the (very safe) Middle Eastern enclave and can eat great food, drink excellent tea, and smoke hooka, but not Weisswurst and bretzeln! :)

Hotel was very good: the room was very clean; friendly staff at the desk; breakfast ok; courtyard and 'business lounge' area was very nice. Location is in Arabic area so plenty of those kinds of restaurants to choose from in the same street (can recommend an Iraqi place called Derya; an Afghani restaurant Hindukush also good). Close to train station and 10-15 mins walking distance to the old town area; 20-25 minutes walk to museums etc. Good price.

location might not suit everyone in terms of the rougher vibe. This is in a rather rough-edged area compared to the more gentrified old town where we had also stayed.

This hotel is very near the train station, which was ideal for us. We flew into Munich, then took the train into the city. We took a train out of Munich toward our later destinations in Austria and Switzerland. Munich was the first stop in our vacation and we loved it. The city is very friendly and picturesque. We enjoyed the parks, the restaurants, the beer gardens. This hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to find.

I like fancy craft cocktails. While I did enjoy a couple drinks in the hotel lounge, I would not call them fancy or crafty. Pro tip: go to Zephyr Bar (highly recommended).

I stayed in the room facing the garden. It was small and cosy. I like the small compartments to keep my things so that the room.doesn't look clutter. Since I went during Summer, I enjoyed the garden as I got to unwind after a day of walking.

If you don't like noises, maybe you won't like the Garden especially on Friday nights. There would be a lot of people hanging out and no matter how tight the window, you can hear people talking

central location to HBF. the area is very multicultural and probably not fitting if you want to experience the “traditional” Munich but for a work trip that was absolutely no issue

the open bathrooms. I had to close the curtains every time I went to the bathroom

The staff was friendly, attentive to my needs and very cooperative. The did all they could to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was neat and well attended to daily

Although it was only less than a 10 minute walk from the train station for those with large suitcases or mobility issues a taxi would be needed. Also solo female travelers walking back to the hotel from the inner city might find it intimidating at night. I will say however I did not feel any fear or had any difficulties as I walked back every evening
