This place is in a great location, close to metro stops in a very nice neighbourhood and close to the English Gardens (which are amazing!). Very modern, pristine clean and with great staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful. It is neither fancy nor quaint European, but it is clean, safe and a great place to stay.

This place is good. A little expensive but we were there for Oktoberfest, so that is to be expected.

We booked a room for 4 people. We arrived at the property an hour earlier and they let us check-in as the room was ready. It's in a very nice neighborhood with all the shops, lots of restaurants, bars and English garden very close by. The beds were big enough, you get some complimentary water and also we managed to get a parking spot in the hotel. Overall the look and feel of the hotel is very modern/chic and it's a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

It was not the most clean room ever, we had some hairs on the floor and also did not have enough towels for the four of us, however, the room was very spacious and everything was working. Not all the windows have shades, so at night you can see the street lights.

The room was lit with natural light, 2 shower rooms and toilets, and personal night lighting—baggage storage service was free after vacating the room until the time of the return flight. The attitude of the staff was enlightening and helpful, kind and very helpful.

The showers are not level and the entire shower floor and toilets in the same room have not been drained. The lighting for the shower and toilet room requires turning on the lighting in the whole room and if there is an option to turn on the lighting for the point itself.

The hotel was super conveniently located - it's about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and then it's a short ride directly into the old town. The room was spacious so we never felt cramped. The breakfast buffet looked great every morning (we never opted for it) and the staff was super helpful, even storing a few things for us in the refrigerator during our stay. We rented bikes to explore the English Gardens, and everything was in good working order, and it was also great to have the spacious lobby to hang out in the evenings, playing cards and enjoying a few drinks.

The only negative was that the pillows were super soft, to the point where we had to ask for more pillows. To be fair, the staff did everything they could to get us extras, but we asked too late in the day. Word of advice, if you need extras, ask early!

The location is very good, close to restaurants, bakeries, public transportation and shopping. It took about 10 min with U-Bahn to get to Marienplatz station. The Munich airport is about 30 minutes with a car. We took the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Uber back to the airport and the price was about the same (€90). We had the family room courtyard booked. The room is on the smaller side, was little tight for 4 people and big suitcases, but we made it work. The sofa got converted into two separate single mattress, they were little low to the floor. The water pressure in the shower was great, we missed it when we got back home. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and the breakfast had great choices. The scrambled eggs were made fresh in front of you and they were very tasty, thank you to the chef!

We liked everything, we even extended our stay rather than spending the last night at the airport hotel.

Whilst the hotel isn’t in the city centre, it is an easy Underground train ride (only 4 stops) from the main tourist areas. It is a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars around. The local area is worth exploring - we wished we had done so earlier Our room was simple, but very comfortable with a large bed and really great shower. Soundproofing was very good, we picked up little noise and even with windows open it wasn’t too noisy. Sufficient storage space for a few days and wall hooks meant that coats, umbrellas etc could all be hung up to dry off properly after the occasional showers we had. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel (as we usually just have coffee) but the breakfast area looked inviting and was well presented. Staff were helpful and efficient

The property was perfect for our short time in Munich. There were a variety of restaurants near for dinner. The breakfast selection was great and delicious. The parking garage fit our needs. The room was excellent for our family and nice to have two bathrooms. We also received welcome amenities as well. This was a nice touch.

The only thing we did not like was the showers in the room did not have a barrier to prevent the water from splashing in the rest of area. This was only an inconvenience and made due with putting towels down on the floor. The water pressure was fabulous as well as the temperature. Additional hooks for the bathroom would have been nice for the amount of towels we had.

Great location—right between two U-Bahn stations plus laundry shop, grocery stores, and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Clean, modern room with plenty of lighting. Excellent shower water pressure and instant hot water. Full size toiletries provided. Responsive staff.

Pillows are the flattest I have experienced. Could use some curtains for finer light/privacy control and sound absorption (room only had blackout cellular shades).

The hotel had friendly staff, was very clean with good quality furniture. The breakfast was simple, but very pleasant. A very calm and I had a very enjoyable stay overall. My bedroom was clean, everything worked, a nice powerful shower and had all the amenities that I required.

The pillows were very thin. That might suit some people, but even with 2 pillows, I felt my head was not raised above the sheet. I have never had a pillow like this in a hotel before. I am sure I could have asked for an extra pillow, of course. During the day and in the evenings, the reception (and essentially the small bar area) were very quiet. What made it odd was having so many chairs, tables and sofas (which were obviously needed for breakfast). Not a massive issue, but seems a lost opportunity for revenue. Maybe needs some creative thinking on how to exploit a good space. Of course, it is true that there are many local restaurants & bars too to choose from.

Convenient to public transportation, local convenience shopping, bakeries, etc. Felt safe in hotel and surrounding area. Underground parking garage accommodated our MB Vito 9 person rental van. Used a lift for vehicle to enter/leave garage. Available breakfast was good. Rooms nice with modern feel.

Wish there were more USB charging ports in room (for non 220 travelers)
