Great stay in the suburbs for cyclists - this thoroughly modern unit is on the ground floor with a bike locker. Access is via door codes and it all worked well. Note that you do have to pre-register your information before these codes are provided. We left our registration until we were at the door, but instructions still arrived very quickly. The unit is perfect. It's large, has several rooms, good wifi, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water. This modern unit complex is located in the suburbs - not in the old town - but has plenty of supermarkets within a block.

Spacious modern apartment in a quiet area. Nice Cafe on site that was open in the mornings. Supermarket only 5 mins walk. Plenty parking and EV charging available also.

A little bit out of town which limits your choice for eating out etc. in the evenings.

Lovely spacious apartment with great shower and bathroom, lovely soft towels, very comfortable bedroom with large wardrobe and soft pillows, big window, great lounge with plenty of seating , TV, and all the kitchen equipment you could want for self catering. A big supermarket round the corner which was a bonus.

It was very warm so air conditioning would have been great. Nothing else we didn’t like.

Stylish, modern, perfectly equipped apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking on site. Perfect organization. We only spent one night but the apartment is large enough to spend a lot more time. Very quiet at night.

It is not in the city centre but sufficiently close (about 2 Km) and close to a large and convenient supermarket (Edeka). I was a bit skeptical about having no reception on site but the key handover was flawless, with a phone text (in English) sent in advance with clear instructions.

The apartment is modern, clean. It's located close to the old town center, an easy walk. There is a supermarket right next door. Parking is easy.

There is no microwave and no shower curtain. These items can be easily added.

Great for business trip with possibility to cook, shop next to apartment, silent during night, nice big space, I dont feel there like in hotel but like at home. Definatelly my choice all the time I am in Neuburg

Everything was wonderful! So modern and clean and new. Felt very cozy! And you have NETFLIX / similar as options on your tv.

Very clean and well equiped for an overnight stay. Staff was professional and helpful. It's pet friendly but with a silence policy during night hours, so we didn't have any annoyance. Parking is right next to the building and easily approachable.

Beds are very soft so could be a disadvantage if you like very firm mattresses.

The ground floor apartment was very good: modern, sufficient space, sleeping room and bed very good, bathroom very good, small terrace with two chairs and small table. Safe place to park the bikes. The lady that received us the second day and showed us the second apartment, was very understanding and helpful. Parking for the car always available. Not so far form the centre, easy to get there by foot or bike. Next to an excellent EDEKA. The region is extraordinary, excellent for biking or walking near the Donau, Almühl, woods, fields, etc. We were very pleased.

We had booked another apartment than the one we received. During our trip we received an SMS that we were transferred to another apartment at the Ambergstrasse 5. We were travelling, so we could not check anymore. When arriving we saw that this was in the middle of an industrial site and additionally, the apartment was smaller than the one we booked and the kitchen was shared (not included in the apartment). We complained that this was in fact a downgrade of the booking and that we could nog agree with this change. After one hour we received a phone call that we could move the next day to an apartment at the Franz Boecker Strasse, where we had booked. That appartement was very good
