it is a modern hotel located near by the train station of Munster. near by you can find nice resturants (we went to the Indian and Sushi ones - very nice) there is supermarket near by and under roof paid parking lot also the city center is in walking distance. nice and big market at weekend (Saterday). nice breakfast (paid one) .

as it is located near by the train station there are numeros of homless people who gathers at the across the streer park, some of them nagging you at the resturants. water stream at the bath was a bit strange - some times water were not so hot ... in case that you would like to change your towles ans sleeping shits you need to ask... and be prepare to pink and Yellow rooms...

Really great location right in the building of the Munster Train Station - it wasnt noisy at all in the room by the way - we were always on the go, going to different cities via train, so it was really a relief to come down from a train at 12am, 4 am, 6am and with walking 2 minutes you're back at your hotel. Also it is close - 10 minutes walk to old city where there are a lot of good cafes and restaurants, but when feeling lazy we just went into the Munster Train Station and grabbed KFC, there was a good Asian food spot too.

It is really close to the train station and easy to find. My room is not very big but clean enough and it is equipped with necessary facilities. I find the tracks when I look out from the window, but it is quieter than imagined at night.

I dislike shampoo and showel gel they offered. It is a 3-in-1 product and seems to be too dry for me. I thought there would be a sample of toothpaste but they didn't offer. There wasn't a shower cap, making it a little inconvenient.

Location is very convenient since it is by the train station. There are shops that you can access at the train station if you need anything on Sundays and holidays when the shops are closed. The design is chic and stylish, in line with the Radisson brand. The room was clean.

Although there were "no smoking" signs everywhere, there was a smell of cigarette coming in to our room, despite the closed windows. This means that someone was smoking somewhere in the building. The staff could have been friendlier. When we checked out, all the receptionist said was "put it there" (put the key card in the vase). Does hospitality also mean 2-star in a 2-star hotel? It's just disappointing knowing that this is a Radisson brand, albeit the lower end.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very clean and had the perfect space for 1 or even 2 people. The toilet was also big and well equipped with everything I could need, but what I enjoyed the most for sure was the fact I could use the lobby and the internet for hours after the checkout while I waited for my train. I had to spend the whole day in the city and work remotely so it was great that I could stay in the hotel and even keep my luggage there while I left for lunch. The people at the reception were just great and treated me very well. I recommend it for sure and if I ever go back to Münster I will stay at prizeotel.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about it

Breakfast was served in the nice cafe style area with vivid colors, lots of windows and tables. The food options were also quite nice for all taste palettes. Coffee and tea of a wide assortment were availabe all day long free of charge which was wonderful! We got a lot of work done in the cafe area after breakfast. The clean spaces. Everything was very clean. We were offered chips for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar which was discrete and modern.

There was a slight misunderstanding with the frequency of room cleaning. Overall the stay was so nice and the room so clean to begin with it was not a problem in the end and I did stay 6 nights.

Location to the train station is SO close - interior walkway to the station. Breakfast was good - loved the little pancake maker. ;-) Hotel is brand new! Everything is clean! Fun bar at reception if you want some drinks when you check in or at night. Some shops by the hotel in case you need/forgot anything. We had a great stay and would recommend. Short walk to city center.

The hotel is a bit confusing and hard to find the front door...and reception (up an elevator or stairs). Google Maps, maps the property incorrectly, so we circled around and around looking for the hotel. Once you know where it is, it's easy to find. Also the public parking was a bit confusing to find. Our room opened to a courtyard where people were sitting outside drinking and smoking, so it was a bit noisy at night and needed to keep the blinds closed.

Stunning vibrant décor and interior design. Attached to railway station. I tend to use better quality hotels for comfort, but then make no use of most facilities - I just want a quiet night in comfy bed, good bathroom and nice buffet breakfast. AT LAST! A hotel that provides all I want without the peripheral nonsense, resulting in price substantially below the competition. Buffet breakfast has clearly marked vegan offer and was superior to many more expensive hotels.

Exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money Staff welcoming helpful and efficient Location ideal if travelling on public transport - at central train station and only a short walk to main centre. Sound isolation very good. Very quiet room. Super clean. Basic but facilities very good. Like a more modern updated ibis budget Air conditioning worked and quiet. Sadly required as windows need to be closed. Wifi excellent

Bed for me was too hard but probably fine for most folk.

In general a good hotel at a good spot next to the train station. Despite the fact I got a room close to the train tracks I heard 0 trains during my stay at this hotel. Really good insulation. Beds are comfy.

The staff at the front desk is overloaded. There was only 1 person who was responsible for check in / out and the serving orders at the bar. It took around 20 minutes to check in.
