We arrived past midnight very tired but the check-in staffs were lively, in a good mood and friendly. The hotel location is just opposite the train station. Very convenient. My room was spacious. It has tile flooring so it was kind of cold to walk barefoot but i had my flipflops with me. The bathroom was spacious but it is so bare that there was no space for my toiletries bag. The sauna area is nicely done even though it is small with only one 90°c sauna room.

The bathroom door is those milky type glass facing the bed that would have made me real uncomfortable if i was with anyone other than my husband.

Room was very clean and had everything you could want from it. Location was perfect for anyone who needs to get to the train station, literally across the road from it. Staff were very friendly

Being so close to the train station does mean that outside is very noisy so opening your window to cool down does let in a lot of noise, thankfully they do block noise very well when closed. When checking in the receptionist forgot to give me wifi access details. The booking.com page list's laundry services however when i asked at reception they directed me to local laundromats.

1. The glass door to the bathroom/toilet with a straight view to the bed - nearly had us checking out 2 min after getting there. 2. You get a free drink in the hotel, but it's the smallest beer I have seen in 30 years served by a guy who didn't care. So we went to other places straight after and didn't go to breakfast at the hotel. 3. Parking capacity was very limited.

Amazing location, attentive personel, good bistro and most comfortable bed. 1 minute to the main bus station, 5minutes to the altstadt, perfect to explore the city.

There was some sound from the street but it is expected due to the central location of the hotel but also our window didn't close completely. And the toilet door was transparent 😅

The hotel is in a great location, our double room was spacious, the staff was cordial and helpful, and we generally enjoyed our stay. It does the job for a hotel by a train station.

The location is a bit noisy due to the train station being right in front of it, but the hotel provides earplugs so that issue was addressed easily. I'm assuming a room on the other side of the hotel would be quieter. The floor is all tile, which is easy to keep clean but gets slippery if wet.

There's a train timetable display at the reception. We booked this hotel at the last minute when our train was canceled and we were very nicely surprised by how cosy and comfy the hotel was. Special shoutout to the super friendly staff member at the reception who handled our check-in. It was the day of the big storm in the Netherlands and there were a lot of surprise guests like us who had their trains canceled. The friendly reception meant a lot to the stressed-out guests.

Great location, clean room, welcoming. The receptionist in the morning was very helpful, for example happy to print airline boarding pass. She had a good sense of humour.

Some, not all, of the staff in the adjoining Bistro didn’t come across as particularly friendly.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed, we slept very well with our toddler.

the prices were on the higher side. I believe some activities must be going on in the city hence there was high occupancy and higher room rates.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite the main train station. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. neat and clean room. Comfortable bed. Strong Wi-Fi. The reception staff was very helpful. the breakfast was very good and extensive. My first choice hotel when I am in Muenster.
