After staying one night last year, stayed now for several nights and just as good. Not the cheapest but for the location and things i wanted to do, perfect. And because your a bit on the outside of the city very easy to get to. This time was there for the IWA, and this was just a nice (literal) walk through the park from the hotel. Nice way to start the morning (and safe money on parking, which came in handy for the supermarket) Location also has several stores and places to eat right around the corner. Also a good filling breakfast available in the morning. While not being a full gym, you can still get a nice workout in while at the hotel.

This time had a room that was joined to the room next to me via two doors. Both could only be opened from inside the room so was not worried about someone coming in. But on my last night there was 1 or 2 people in the room next to me, and because there is no sound proofing between the doors. At moments it almost sounded like the person who was talking was standing in my room, thought at first it was someone in the hallway. Also loud snoring comes through the doors quite easily i found out later. Luckily it was for a short moment so it didnt bother me. Maybe a point to look into to at least try and block as much sound coming through the doors as possible. Some simple sound absorbing foam to put on the outside of the doors might do a lot already.

Proximity to the motorway, gigantic park right across the street, perfect for a long walk with our dog before getting back en route. Breakfast buffet was good, with some vegan options. Massive towels on the bathroom, and very comfortable bed.

I would appreciate a mini fridge in the room, for this kind of hotel. But the staff kept our dogs food refrigerated for the night.

The hotel is large and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The parking is large and free of charge

The price was very high. Maybe because there was some ocassion in the city. There is no minibar in the rooms. The doors of the bathrooms are sliding and do not close the cabin.

Breakfast was ok, clean and good products; Room was nice except minibar was missing; bathroom was acceptable with nice sanitary

Hotel is too big not enough advertising for the nice Italian restaurant right at the Tennis area

The towels were great. The room was quite good and comfortable. We appriciated the big botle of water every day.

We would appreciate an office or a bigger table in the room as we come to visit an exhibition and we need room for place our labtop (pc) and our papers.

The hotel is located in a convenient, communicative place. Very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was varied. The room is big enough, very comfortable beds. There is only one pillow, one more could be added./not a big drawback, just a recommendation/. There is a large free parking lot.

The staff. The receptionist was very unfriendly. Due a new online check-in system the Hotel let me pay for a second time. I asked my money back and they told me that I should deal with it myself as they can’t do it for me. The headquarters arrange this and they are unreachable. After 1,5 weeks I still don’t have an answer nor my money back. Very very dissatisfied with this.

Wide selection of food for breakfast- pancakes were particularly good. The reception staff were helpful and they spoke good English. Very easy access into the city.

Nothing, it was a functional hotel room.

No pillow during my stay for 2 days. On check out, a customer had a complain and immediately she left , a lady at the reception and a gentleman started bad mouthing her ina very obscene manner I can't write here , in front of me and with no shame. I couldn't believe it and she had a genuine complaint .

Huge and nice facility. The location is surrounded with green area's for walking. Elaborate breakfast with large offer. The room has all needed facilities. Ideal location as well for business seminars.

High price/quality ratio compared to hotels in the same range. Wellness and pool were not available, but not really needed during my short stay.
