Super location on the edge of Oberstorf. Only 2 mins walk to catch the free buses, and about 15 mins on foot to the village centre. Spacious, modern room (nr 22) with 2 comfy chairs for relaxing and a large balcony. New bathroom. Comfortable bed and bedding. Good breakfast and both ladies serving at breakfast were very friendly.

Out of reception times there is no chance to get a hot drink. A coffee machine in the reception area or coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be welcome. Only 4 parking spaces. But these 2 points didn't really spoil our stay.

Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful, room was clean and beds comfy. Loved our balcony overlooking the snowy mountains. Breakfast choice was incredible freshly baked cake, delicious breads, cheeses, meats and fruit

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Very thin towels, didn’t match the luxury feel of the room We returned back to the hotel during the afternoon and had to walk past three members of staff smoking on the hotel entrance steps.

breakfast was outstanding, in quality and variety. very very competent and friendly staff. the room was super clean, and mega modern furnished, all very comfortable incl. floor heating, great large bed, comfortable mattress and linen and pillows. great shower. lots of parking available, in garage and on the street. really super mega fantastic !!! :-)

Warm and nice timber design, enough storage room for cloth and luggage, silent night sleep, friendly stuff, healthy and versatile breakfast.

Lightning in the bathroom could be better - really difficult to do make-up for ladies, probably also shaving for men. Also, for the price, ear stabs, cleaning pads & co, and probably even a small welcome chocolate should be included. Coffee could do better as well ;)

Breakfast was nicely served and the food was enough for morning energy. :) Staff members are helpful and friendly. Outdoor terrace during breakfast was incredible beautiful and energetic with mountain views and all stuff. Room was well designed, stylish and big. You will really like it. Location is very convenient.

The room are so clean, absolutely spotless. The location is brilliant close to the town but without noise. I enjoyed the balcony in the room. Breakfast was amazing and tge home made jam a delight. Amazing breakfast with excellent bread and coffee. Friendly host. Free ski lift pass was great.

Parking is not great but there are options.

The staff are wonderful.

Smoking is allowed on the balconies, which means that other people’s cigarette smoke will come onto your balcony and into your room.

Amazing family hotel, big and very clean room, parking just outside. 10 mins walk to the center of town and the cable car. Good breakfast. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

No elevator but it didn't bother us as we were on first floor

We were told a ticket for the mountain chair lifts was included.. but then when we got there (at around 4 in the afternoon) we were told that was only for the day you checked in.. not the next day!!! Anyways.. still a great place to stay..

Clean and comfortable room, balcony with great view. The breakfast far better than my expectation.
