Hotel was an easy 10 minute walk from the main train station. It is located within a couple of minutes walk from the the Christmas Market in front of St. Stevens Cathedral. Our room had a view of the Danube. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and bedding.

Thought the breakfast offering was poor compared to the other hotels we have stayed in on this trip with a limited selection of food stuffs, especially for the price we paid for the room Like a vast majority of hotels in Europe they dont understand you need boiling water for a cup of tea not lukewarm stuff out of a coffee machine. To be fair the above is a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and you're directly in the old town. There are restaurants all around, good coffee, great food, and you're very close to everything that's worth a visit. The Paulus Church is directly next to the hotel, St. Stephen's Dome was very close too, and we visited the glass museum as well. The breakfast was good, just a little less to choose from than I'm used to in other hotels, but there was something for everyone (including good coffee, tea, bread, marmelade & some meat and salmon-options).

The rooms are quite hot since the AC in the room couldn't completely keep up with the heat eminating from the light bulbs everywhere in the room + the warm weather.. Parking was a little difficult to find since there are no options that are specifically reserved for the hotel. However, there are parking spaces nearby (5-10minutes on foot).

This hotel overlooks the Danube and the river cruise boats and is two minutes to everything in the Passau old city and 10-15 minute walk to the train station thru the shopping streets. Room came with breakfast which we enjoyed in the hotel restaurant or on their patio. Room is 200 sq ft but well laid out with closets, large desk and built-in couch seating area and large bathroom and shower. Very helpful and friendly staff. Arrive on the interior/street side to access the elevator; they don't go all the way down to the river quay entrance.

The only trash can was in the bathroom. There is a low hum of river cruise ship prep but only with windows open. I liked the extra seating area but it was quite low; I prefer a couple comfortable sitting chairs.

This was our 1st of a 14 night travel and after we arrived early from a long flight and train ride, they helped us out with an earlier check in. We immediately went for lunch at the hotel which was delicious and they accommodated a Gluten Free diet. The room was a little small but the bed made up for it, super comfy! The breakfast buffet was awesome! We’ll be back.

Very friendly staff , clean rooms and nice breakfast

Everything was really nice except one thing- in my room there was a seriously bad smell in the bathroom and if I didn’t close the door of the bathroom it went to the room as well.And as I am working in hotel hospitality specially housekeeping part it gives me a little bit of bitter feeling about the hotel. Nevertheless the room was clean and the housekeeping lady was extremely helpful and nice.

Great location overlooking the Danube and very close to the cathedral and city centre. We had breakfast there every day during our stay, there was a good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, cereals, a choice of eggs, and Bacon etc. We had one evening meal which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing negative, we would stay there again.

Everything !! The location to the sites, the rim was perfect, the staff new English and were very friendly.

Parking can be a little tricky for any of the hotels in this area due to such small streets; however there are public parking lots you can choose from which will cost you about 20 euro per night- not a big deal.

This small hotel is in the river in Passau. It is also a restaurant and bar. We always choose a hotel with restaurant when we expect to be arriving late. This time our travel was so difficult we even missed that but they were sympathetic, understanding and left us a key. The staff could not be more gracious or helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and modern with a river view. The bed was very comfortable. They held our luggage for us after checkout, while we explored the town and called us a cab when it was time to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice toiletries. We stayed for one night at the start of our cycling holiday to Vienna. Close to the train station and several bars and restaurants nearby Nice view of the Danube from our bedroom window

Room was a little on the small side but adequate

Our recently refurbished room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly, chatty and helpful. The restaurant food was good at sensible prices with a good selection of local wines served by knowledgable staff. Terrace overlooking the river was great for outdoor breakfast when the weather is dry and warm. Location is excellent, easy to find in the car and easy to stop and drop off bags before parking in one of the many nearby car parks. The hotel can advise the cheapest car park.

The first impression form the road side entrance and the stairs are disappointing - hopefully these are in the refurbishment plans. No air-conditioning although the windows do open and the street wasn't too noisy. Breakfast buffet looked a bit thin at times and needs regular topping up.
