The hotel was clean and generally okay, but it's located quite far from the city. Buses in the area are also very rare, that take you to the train station. One evening, all trains were canceled, and we couldn't get back to the city, which was frustrating. There isn't much to do in the immediate area either. While the price was more affordable than staying in the city, I don't think I would choose this location again when visiting Frankfurt.

The distance from Frankfurt and the limited reachability were inconvenient.

The staff where very nice . The room was basic and the bed was very comfy and shower was great .

Air con seemed to play up . The shower also seems to be in a area that you flood the bathroom. Maybe invest in changing the way it is . Hotel says frankfurt however this hotel is 40 mins away from the centre via bus and train

Room had an excellent acoustic parameters. Breakfast is enough plenty and can meet any demand. Airport is very close and easy access by both car or train. Bottle of water is a nice compliment.

Shower head requests to be repaired. Wi-Fi connection is not enough stable. Receptionist didn’t provide all the information about the hotel during our registration.

Everyone was kind and supportive. I liked the staff and facility overall. The room was very big.

The tub had brown stuff at the bottom it grossed me out. The shower head was also very low. Wish there had been a shuttle to airport :(

Air conditioning, Australian style, love it. Room size for the price was awesome, nice and quiet too, TV had English channels, Beds were long and comfortable as same as pillows, Bathroom was good even though old style but served its purpose 100%. Rooms are quiet even though it was under the flightpath. 10/10

Only thing I can fault is no Fridge in the room. if hotel does this, then you can stay longer, other than that 10/10.

We liked the location, silence and the cleanliness.

The front desk at check-in did not mentioned anything about breakfast, wi-fi, gym facilities other amenities. We was confused about what was included during the stay or alternatives. It would be nice if the front desk informed the guest about amenities, food and local areas.

studio room with kitchenette is very useful. Fitness room suits well. staff friendly - location near to airport is perfect. Various food outlets nearby.

Very good location, spacious and comfortable room, underground parking (no extra charge), clean. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel close to the airport of Frankfurt with the train in just a few minutes.

There was just 1 blanket in the room, so requested another one at the reception. But the nightguard did not speak English, could not help and did not wanted to ring the hotel manager....

Room was clean and comfort. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The connection to the airport is good.

The bar in the hotel was not working, but drinks could be bought from the receptionist ... admittedly, in a limited range.
