- the location of the Hotel is very nice, u're a few steps from the Main river (where u can walk, run and bike) - the rooms are big and well equipped - the receptionist was very friendly - breakfast is good and enough variety; there is a huge terrace for the summertime to sit outside and have a look to the river - the restaurant (brewery) is very good - there are a lot of meeting rooms (we didn't use them, but they are looking quite good) - an open parking space is a few steps to the hotel (till 6 p.m. and from 8a.m. u have to pay, but cheap) - u can do the check in outside at a counter

- the electronic key (on the mobile phone) was not working, so i was using the key card for the room -:)

Surprisingly easy to find from the main train station. Had a view of the river and was able to walk about 20 minutes to Festung Fortress where the event I was attending was held. Don’t let the grey squared style building fool you. Once inside, one can see how stylish and clean it is.

I just wish there was someone around to ask questions. It was self check in, but that was not a problem. I just wanted an extra bottle of water but I could never find a person to ask. Also the snack machine was out of order. I had hoped that there would be something there for when I got back from my concert. But that didn’t change my opinion on the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and I never like hotel beds. I really appreciated tiled floors in the rooms. I have so many allergies, so that was a bonus.

We had a family room. I love the bunkbeds in the back room. The bed was SOOO comfortable. the toilet was in a separate room. The design was very clean and it was very relaxing to stay there. Would recommend to anyone as long as you don't mind that the shower is not private.

It was too hot in our room we had to open the window even though the heat was on. I couldn't control the thermostat but it was so late when I realized that and I didn't want to wake up the kids to figure it out. Biggest complaint is that the bathroom shower had a glass door that everyone could see through. I didn't want our babysitter or kids to see me naked while I showered so I made them all get out of the room.

It had a brewery that served its local beer, overlooking the river. Quiet location and easily accessible from Frankfurt Airport. Even though there are lots of aircraft flying overhead, the room is well soundproofed, so you don't hear a thing. Safe public parking just behind the hotel, chargeable between 08:00 to 18:00.

Room was pretty warm in August even when the thermostat was turned to the lowest.

Looks nice and modern. The room design is good for business travellers but for couples a bit more privacy in the bathroom area (all open) would be nice. Everything was very clean, even in the corners behind the doors. The reception staff was kind and the offered sweets and fresh apples in the lobby is a nice touch.

It’s such a quiet location with river view . Restaurants bars nearby and everything available to your convenience .

The only thing I would suggest is to have minibar in the room even if it’s empty so we can store our drinks and food . I was there for two days and I couldn’t store my drinks -water other beverages and even food that I got for myself . I was in a superior room I would have expected atleast an empty minibar

It is unreasonable to add further costs for car parking, especially for those who have travelled more than 100km to stay at the hotel Other than car parking costs, we liked everything about this place, so no further comment.

The restaurant downstairs. Been eating there a few times and it was always disappointing. Last time I tried ‚Frankfurter Grüne sosse‘ , the boiled potatoes were a few days old, with a hard skin, and there was some oil poured over the sauce, for someone born in Hessen that’s a total crime. Please don’t ruin our national dish like that

Receptionist at check in was very, friendly and knowledgeable and the female waitress or bartender who was nice enough to pour us some champagne for our friends birthday. Thank You Rodney Hill

Clean room, really tasty breakfast with a lot of food to choose of. Apartment room was really big and comfy. Personal was professional and nice. As I was there for business trip to OPEL the location of the Hotel was really good, close to opel factory and close to a Park by the river for a nice walk.

On apartment restaurant there was a kitchen but they dont have a microwave that was a little bit pitty. Tv was smart TV but has only german chanels and german radios. Wifi was I think ultra slow, sometimes I had to watch HBO MAX with 360p quality.
