The location was perfect for our trip , 5min walk to the train station and 10min walk to the river and you can pass the cathedral on your way. Check in was a breeze and we were offered a complementary bottle of beer which was lovely as it was very hot that day . The room I stayed in had a courtyard view , it was a good size with a comfortable bed and a small bathroom . My friends stayed at the front of the hotel and mentioned there was a bit of street noise at night , they did have the windows open as it was hot though .The breakfast was varied and tasty continental style . Some of our group went to the local bakeries around the town for breakfast which they found suited them better . Yes we would stay here again as it suited all of our needs .

As the weather was a vey warm 32c air conditioning in the room would have been a bonus , but we all knew we booked a hotel without A/C so not this is not a complaint . The windows opened fine .

A very nice economical boutique hotel in the Altstadt near the train station and bus connections. Regensburg is a lovely preserved medieval town that escaped WWII bombing. The ancient Gothic cathedral is amazing. The old stone bridge over the Danube is great for people watching. Hotel staff was super and room was large and comfortable.

The large number of bicycles racing through the narrow streets of the Altstadt are a menace, especially in pedestrian areas. We also visited Nürnberg which didn't seem to have that problem.

Location cant be beat. Everything is walkable from here, many food options, less than 10 minutes to train station even with luggage. Room was clean, housekeeping good. Woman at checkin desk was friendly, the glass of sparking wine at checkin was a nice touch.

Woken up at 7:30 each morning by workers smoking and talking loudly, my room faced inner courtyard. Mondays they have deliveries at 7:30 too, it was really strange why the hotel had loud deliveries so early in the morning. No fan in room, so windows had to be open in August. Kettle would have been nice, or free coffee/tea at the very least.

The hotel is located in the center, few minutes walk away from the train station at the edge of the old town. The building is well kept and the room/bathroom was also clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

The room was somewhat sterile with very minimal decoration and lacked some coziness. The breakfast was decent but I missed the option for more warm items. The only cooked item was hard boiled eggs. I would have appreciated some scrambled eggs, fried bacon or some porridge. There was also no toaster as far as I remember.

- Great location in the center of the city. It also has a great Indian restaurant near the entrance which I strongly recommend to try. - The room and especially the bathroom were very clean. - The terrace on the roof is exceptional, especially if you want to see a beautiful sunset. - Breakfast was very good and the dining room is exceptionally clean, modern and very good lightened.

- No air conditioning. It can get a little warm inside if it's a hot sunny day. My luck was that it was a little bit cloudy outside the next day. I don't know if only my room was missing AC or none of the rooms have this option. - Wi-Fi fluctuated sometimes (jitter) or the connection was missing even with full signal on my phone, although the whole internet system / technology was renewed this year, according to the owner.

The hotel is directly up the street facing you as you leave from the Regensburg HBF. You can walk to your hotel in 5 minutes. The hotel is older but very charming and the staff was always cheerful & friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was super and Olga makes you feel at home. The hotel is also a good value. Many restaurants, cafes, & shops nearby.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow but where isn't it?

The people at reception were all lovely---welcoming, and informative as to directions. As mentioned before, the terrific gingerbread cookies in the lobby were a most welcoming touch.

Since the hotel is on a main thoroughfare, the chance of a quiet room was surrendered for the convenient location. Also as is not completely unusual, there were no washcloths. Americans do like washcloths. Several of our hotels had them, this one did not. I do pack one in my suitcase for these events.

Location….Both to train station 4 minutes away, and central historic area. Staff was exceptional; bed was super comfortable, and hotel was very clean.

Small (~9”x15”) TV with limited channels (non English speaking); and no air conditioning. At night if we opened windows you could here people talking out loud below our 3rd floor room all night due to restaurant with patio dining. Also, though not hotel’s fault, there was construction noise early morning and throughout the day…both in front and at back of hotel (below our room).

Awesome location - 5 mins walk from the train station and 2 mins away from the first sights of the old city. We stayed in twin room 208. It was very small, but clean and comfy,it had everything we needed. Windows were well insulated, so it was really quiet in the room. There is a construction site just opposite the hotel, but we stayed over the weekend and it was quiet, but maybe under the week it can get loud. Breakfast was really good for the price!

Was a bit too pricey for a room like ours, but I guess the prices just went up since the last time I traveled 😜

Perfect to every little detail: the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the white-gray-blue combination of colours for everything, even the washing liquid. The first hotel I visited since COVID where each guest receives an individual clamp for picking up his chosen breakfast items. Good location on a street full of meal options, impressive size of room and of the bathroom. Sparkling clean, you could eat from the floor.
