1. Excellent breakfasts. Plenty of choice between hot and cold food. Freshly squeezed orange juice available. Smoked salmon, lemon slice with horseradish cream was an unexpected bonus. Scrambled eggs good, so not the congealed mass you find in many hotels. 2. The Front Office staff undergoing hospitality internships were noticeably better at handling guests' queries and requests, than employees unfamiliar with the hospitality business. 3. Plenty of tourist information (folders) and suggestions available at the Front Office. 4. Quiet room I requested was quiet and overlooked a roof garden. 5. Hangers can be removed from the cupboard. 6. Windows can be opened at an angle. 7. Good airco. 8. Restaurant (Gold & Brown) offers Levantine-style cuisine. Niche. Interesting menu options. (Did not dine). 9. Blackout curtains were effective (necessary on hot sunny days).

1. Room had clearly not been vacuumed on arrival. After pointing this out, the Hotel Manageress ensured my room, bathroom and WC were spotlessly clean after that. 2. Breakfasts are relatively expensive (EUR 23 p.p.) compared with EUR 19 p.p. in, say, Austrian hotels. 3. No complimentary welcome drink. 4. Bar staff were a bit too serious. They could be more welcoming. No attempt to build up a rapport with hotel guests. 5. One member of Front Office staff insisted that certain facilities were not available when in fact I knew they were. 6. No ironing facilities in room, just an ironing room (accessible on request). 7. One of the two lifts was out of order during stay. No urgency to repair.

The hotel has a good location that is easy to reach and still central. It also has good parking facilities and is quiet. Staff was friendly.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but it was a bit boring in terms of style, materials used etc. The executive double room we got had all the things listed but it was not designed well and the set-up was strange. We could probably have the same experience in the adjacent IBIS.

Location on the edge of the central area. One stop by bus from main rail station. You could walk into the central area and River Danube in about 15 minutes or catch the bus outside the hotel which was easy and saved walking.Day ticket was 3 euros. There were a few restaurants close to the hotel as well. Room comfortable and breakfast good.

Separate toilet from bathroom.

Clean and comfortable soundproofed room, big bed, very clean. Big parking lot. It is on the limit of the old city center and therefore quieter

A minor thing, we could not find the stair and we had to use only the elevator, which can be a bit annoying at rush hour. But maybe we just were not proficient enough in looking for the stairs

The property was clean, the interior nice and stylish, the room was cosy and comfortable. We had a tasty, spontaneous Christmas dinner here, breakfast was also good, fresh with a nice variety.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of flexibility in the restaurant. 2 meals from the menu were not available, so my wife chose then something else - she was really fine with that. But then we asked for a slice of bread and a ham for our 3 yo, but we were told that only meals on the menu are available. We also had to ask for a glass and cutlery for him- it felt like he was kind of ignored by the staff, but we actually ordered a meal for him, too. It’s a pity, cause we really enjoyed our time in this hotel, but a bit of flexibility and kindness would be highly appreciated when it comes to small children, especially when the hotel also offers a breakfast (btw, that was really good).

The hotel's location is wonderful! We went to old-city central, restaurant, shopping even cinema by foot. The staffs in reception are very friendly. This room is a little bit small for my family, but it is very clean. Actually the whole hotel seems very new. It has nough parking places. It is pity that the gym is closed, but the hotel will offer you an alternative way. Regensburg has more than 2000 years history, you should visit this city. And we will definitely come back.

Modern, well maintained hotel. Great value for money while still feeling upmarket. Lovely reception area and restaurant (We had a great dinner and breakfast.) Having a small gym there was an added bonus for our teenage son.

Parking is good but was a little hard to find on arrival

it is clean, professional. it is an average 4 star hotel.

this is a business hotel. the facilities and services are targeted to business people. so it is not good for families. the breakfast was also quite average level…all in all, the hotel left a cold impression with us.

Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice, spacious rooms. Everything was fine.

It's a bit far away from the train station. There is a bus that runs right in front of the hotel. I found it a bit pricey for the (slightly) remote location.
