We liked staying in the Annex. The hotel is located in the centre of the village and we know the area very well, so it was exactly where we wanted it to be. Half of our group have stayed several times before. The staff were helpful and friendly and even went to the trouble of checking on my elderly dad when he appeared unwell. Excellent breakfast options.

The room was very cosy and nice decorated, modern. We booked superior double room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the room was very good. Rhens is very nice small village. The location is perfect for exploring Rhein valley.

The room was without AC, and we had very hot weather. Also could be nice to have a kettle machine and a fridge in the room, especially during summer. The restaurant was full of flies, in the morning when having breakfast, flies all over and also in the night. Too many, and this is not ok. The staff doesn't speak English, only very few words, and the menu for the restaurant was only in German. The parking is in the front of the building, on a hill.

Very friendly staff Free parking available close by. We were generally surprised on how nice our room was. The room almost looked redone and was just beautiful and comfortable The breakfast was also good. Just a really pleasant stay. No aircon but a proper fan which was great.

This is a quaint, friendly, family-run hotel that is a must stay in Rhens!! The rooms have all the modern conveniences and decor for a comfortable stay, are very clean, and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast and eating area are wonderful... the food is fresh and expertly displayed, with your choice of inside or outside seating (in the quaint courtyard)! Kudos to Werner and staff for making our stay feel like visiting family!

The location is great. The hotel is cute. It has a charming old style. Though, the bathroom and facilities in general are new and clean. It's a nice mix between old and new.

The bathroom was directly connected to our bedroom, which is usual and fine. However, the door inbetween was quite cheap and not suited. I don't like it if you experince what's happening in the bathroom while you are not actually in the bathroom. The breakfast food options could have been a bit more diverse.

Our room was modern with AC and a good shower. Breakfast was great, but our dinner in the courtyard restaurant was outstanding! Looking up at the ancient wall was great ambience, our waiter was excellent, and the white wine was superb. Rhens is tiny but very charming!

Parking is a bit difficult, but due to such a great location within the old town walls it’s not surprising, shower in our room (10), was great apart from the water didn’t drain so we nearly flooded the bathroom.

Simple excellence, no fuss. I wanted somewhere close to the city but in the countryside - this area is in a curve of the Rhine and is so attractive, but only ~10km from Koblenz.

The stuff is very polite, friendly and willing to help you! The food in the restaurant is one of the best we ever ate in Germany! Thank you as well for talking in english! Very rare someone speak to you in english in Germany. But it is very important for a good communication! The hotel is in a very nice area next to Rine and you have easy access to Koblenz, villages by the river, castles as well but Rehns itself is a very beautiful vilage. We have enjoyed and we look forward to return in spring-summer when the weather will be better.
