Absolutely outstanding hotel! Immaculate rooms, super modern and amazingly well themed! Fantastic for families, they provided us with a cot and a highchair in our room so we could feed our little one (we stayed in the studio rooms with a small kitchenette). Amazingly well equipped kitchens! Fantastic little terrace with table and chairs outside. Our little one loved the details like the disco light setting, the animal ornaments on the rockery outside our window and the monkey light fittings! Felt like a 5* hotel but with home comforts and all the perks of a small family run boutique hotel (super friendly and helpful staff!). Breakfast was brilliant, great selection, freshly baked pastries and breads, fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages and bacon. This was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in for families. Excellent distance from Europa Park and Rulantica, nice little walk down each morning. All the little details really made it, like the themed music in the corridors, the immaculate condition of the rooms and bathrooms, the coffee machine in the rooms and the overall design and airship theming of the place. Beautiful! Great value! Will 100% come back next time we visit Europa Park!

Absolutely nothing! Cannot fault a single thing.

The rooms are really fun and nice and really comfortable. Breakfast was also good and well fairly priced. I loved all the interesting decorations in the room! I really enjoyed this hotel and is situated right between Rulantica and Europa Park if you want to visit both attractions. The town Rust is also a really nice cute town in itself.

The rooms directly face the Swimming pool and there were people swimming and making a noise at 23.00 in the evening. Also the music in the outside pool area should be turned off at 21.00 I believe but some nights it was on until really late, So it was difficult to relax. Pity the Sauna was not working.

We decided to stay here as part of our trip to Europa park and Rulantica which is why the location is simply perfect! We used the car to get to and from the park but I am sure this can also by done walking. The property has plenty of parking right in front of the main door. The room was perfect for a family! super clean, extremely comfortable beds and everything had a really cool design theme (the upper floor had a ship steering wheel! kids loved it) and finally the breakfast was perfection! We will definitely come back! Thanks for an amazing stay

Everything . Beautiful place. Loved eapesially the kitchen . The radio in the bathroom... But truely everything. We had a free and close parking. It was 5 minutes drive from Europa park and Rulantica. The host was really nice. Wish we'd stayes there for all the trip.

The price - it was expensive But I think worth it. It was a bit warm for us inside and you can't use the aircondition in that time of the year... The steps to the gallery were a bit narrow.

We had fantastic communication from the hotel before our stay and questions were answered quickly. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but received a warm welcome on arrival and we were able to complete paperwork to save time later. We got instructions on accessing our room in the afternoon, and after a day at the theme park we were able to pick our keycard up straight away and access our room. We were met with a modern, good sized room with balcony which was ideal for relaxing at the end of a day at the theme park or waterpark. The pool is a great way to cool off on very warm days, while the fridge on the landing with various drinks in to purchase at any time of day was much appreciated. The key code entry into the building also allowed our party to return at different times after the theme park, or food and drinks at the nearby restaurants. The hotel sits on the hotel side of Rust, which means a short 10-15 minute stroll to Europa-Park in the morning, and a similar distance for the waterpark Rulantica. Once the theme park closes, you're able to exit at the Spanish entrance for the Europa-Park's official hotels, meaning a shorter 5 minute walk back to the apartment. Some of our party have now stayed multiple times at this property, and we plan to return for another trip later in the year.

A minor point, but a fan to improve air flow upstairs from the air conditioning downstairs would have been ideal to improve comfort when the weather is particularly hot.

Same as pictures! What I was expecting! Host are kind and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. There is Laundry pole which is nice.Also quite good soundproofing walls. We could sleep really good 😊

Air was so dry. If there was humidifier,would be nice. But not bid deal😅 For the long stay, If there is any possibility to use laundry machine or laundromat near by then more convenient.

Location for Europapark & (especially) Rulantica was ideal. We walked to both, though a free tourist parking pass for 1 day at either resort was included, we knew from experience that walking would be faster as park traffic is busy.

It would be ideal if the multiple light switches in the room were labelled as switching on the wrong light when children were sleeping was annoying.

Location is good, just about 1km from the park. Very new and modern apartments. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, the complex also has a pool (which we did not use). Very friendly personnel. Enough parking spots. In a nutshell, it was an excellent joice for the one night that we stayed.

A bit pricey for German standards. We arrived at a 'normal' time in the evening and had to call their number so that someone came and opened - this should be handled more guest-friendly (e.g. use of a code or install a key lock box or similar).

I recently stayed at a family hotel near Rulantica Park, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was new and spotless, and the staff was amiable, making me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The room design was also top-notch - I was impressed with how well-designed and comfortable my room was. It made my stay that much more enjoyable. And the fact that the hotel offers a free parking ticket to Rulantica parking as a gift was just the cherry on top! It made getting to the park a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay near Rulantica Park. The service, amenities, and location were fantastic, and I can't wait to visit again!

We had a second floor room with a lovely balcony looking at the pool, the room was spacious and clean. The pool is definitely a must, the room was well decorated with a nice little kitchen and a welcome champagne. Perfect for families it was a few minutes car ride from Europa-Park and Rulantica. Great neighbourhood with restaurants a few minutes by walk.
