A perfect stay for an Europapark trip, just around the corner from the park, with free parking for the hotel just opposite. Large room with comfortable beds and lots of space, and air con! Extremely friendly staff, who did so much for us to make our stay perfect, including decorating the table for breakfast for a family birthday and providing cake, and a few extras too! Very baby/toddler friendly with high chairs etc provided. Huge breakfast selection, and the restaurant has delicious Italian food with amazing ice cream too. We will definitely be staying again when we come to Europapark in future!

Can't fault anything, the perfect stay!

Exceptionally clean and I really enjoyed the over the top decoration in the rooms. The pizzas were very good and the staff was helpful and friendly. They even picked up our friend that arrived late in the evening and missed the bus. The 4-person room had a big table and chairs in the middle that made the stay very comfortable. Walking to the entrance of Europapark and the bus stop took less than 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for visitors to Europa Park. Room was clean and comfortable. Bonus was that our room had a view of Silver Star! Staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the contactless check-in for after hours arrivals like ourselves. Excellent choice for the buffet breakfast, and great coffee! Car park was secure and convenient (across the street).

Only minor point if I am being picky, is that the room had two small bottles of shampoo provided, where a bottle of shower gel would have been better instead of the second shampoo. The shower door was a little out of alignment, so was difficult to open/ close.

It was quite noisy, we stayed on the first floor and the noise from the restaurant continued till 10/11pm. We also had a family above with small children running around from the early hours of the morning (obviously not the hotel’s fault but maybe a notice could be placed asking for consideration).

The staff were wonderful and accommodating, the breakfast was exceptional - a lot of times hotels will cut corners due to Corona issues but the Casa Rustica went out of their way to make sure the experience was tremendous. The room was beautiful - we had a view of some of the lights in Europa Park. The decorations in the rooms (and on the property itself) are adorable and quaint. If you're an instagram sort of person, this'll definitely give you heaps of pictures. The location cannot be beat; 5 minutes walk to the entryway of the park. There is nothing I would improve about this stay - it was absolutely a standout experience for our trip.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing - Rustica was the perfect property. If you're thinking about accommodation in Rust, stop weighing up the options and just go with the Rustica. You won't be sorry. The only thing I would have improved is to stay another day.

The hotel is located a short walk from the main entrance to amazing Europa Park. The family suite was super clean and comfortable. Great Italian restaurant on the floor below that the kids loved, and the breakfast was nice. Cold drinks at decent prices in the lobby. The staff were super helpful and resolved any issues quickly.

The hotel both met and exceeded our expectations. I can't think of anything that we didn't like, not even if I wanted to give private feedback.

Our suite was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for Europa-Park visits with just few minutes walking distance. The online checking worked like a charm and eased our lives considerably, given the fact that the decision to stay here was spontaneous and we arrived after 1 am. I would pick this hotel anytime in case we ever visit Rust again!

all noise could be heard through the walls, and as there were many families staying during this period, we heard all furniture being moved around and people walking/running overhead.

Very cosy Italian style hotel with short distance to Europa Park. The staff was very friendly and the food was good! Having airconditioning in tropical temperatures was also nice, though it did have a life of its own sometimes 😅 (starting at random when we turned it off) 🤣

It was a slightly uncomfortable situation. We were with children, tired after the long way, and did not want to dine in a restaurant. We wanted to order pizza in a restaurant and take it to our room ourselves. But the restaurant staff did not allow us to do this.
