I stayed for one night, and everything was good. The lady at the reception was friendly and offered an early check-in. The room was clean and adequate, Wi-Fi worked great. The location is not too loud and I didn’t have too loud neighbors.

Nothing really. There is no kettle or refrigerator, but it is just to be aware, not the complain.

I was unable to get the door codes . The verify and sign in process only requested me to book another room I was unable to get the codes. We were lucky to meet someone at the door who had a room there, they had a different phone number and they were able to get the codes for the door keys for our room. The Ibis Budget Mannheim was much easier system to use, please use the same system as them.

My travel plans were changed multiple times due to flight cancellations and transportation strikes in France, and the hotel staff were very accommodating to my changes and provided information about how to access my room after hours.

It was a little hot in my room and I didn't know how or if there was any AC. But it wasn't uncomfortable and I didn't spend much time in the room as Saarbrucken is a city that must be experienced outdoors.

I liked everything.

Room service. They were changing every 3 days, so one of them was great, and one of them did not change my towels at all. But the first lady was very very polite and supportive!

Good location, excellent value. Basic Room but was clean, easy check in/out.

Unfortunately there is no longer a breakfast option here but there is availability a couple of doors down. No kettle or coffee available in the room.

After our long trip we arrived in late night and we were really happy to have big and silent bedroom with perfect facilities. Comfortable, and clean. Our kids comfort is priority to us and they really liked this place. I can recomnend!

Nice, modest but well-appointed room. Friendly staff, great location next to downtown Saarbrücken.

The hotel has no on-site but rather an on-call receptionist and there is no breakfast service

The doors were a bit difficult to lock/unlock.

Just an overnight stopover, booked a twin room for two of us given two singles for the same price. Rooms comfortable and clean, pub down the road serves good food and beer
