Our apartment - room 18- was excellent: large and airy with a view over the park across the road. The environment was exceptionally clean and orderly. Really wonderful hot shower with plenty of space to enjoy it. Breakfast was abundant and included a great selection of items. Was great to have very easy parking available at the hotel as parking is at a premium in Sassnitz.

When we were there the wireless was not working well but we were assured that the means to fix this were in place and the problem would be corrected this weekend. If internet access is important to you, you might want to check that it’s fixed before you finalise your booking.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was so polite and accommodating. They had a community fridge with snacks and beverages for guests and I always love when they do that. Parking on site was also a huge help. Jasmund national forest is right across the street from the hotel and the beach was less than a 10 min walk away. I got a delcious fish and chips dinner after walking along the pier and up to the chalk cliffs. Afterwards, I took a hike in the forest. It was sulbime

The sauna was not working during my stay which was a little disappointing but these things happen. My WiFi was also not working so well. I got my computer to connect by my phone kept saying there wasn't internet

We stayed at this hotel for a night during our round trip on the island. It's a pricewothy hotel in a convenient proximity to the port where the ferry arrives, as well as to the national park Jasmund. The interior is fresh and clean, the bed is very confortable (if you like firm beds) and the breakfast was great, with a lot of different choises. It's located close to the shore with beautiful surroudings. A good choice for your stay in Sassnitz.

There was no minibar nor kettle in the room. A minor observation that didn't really bother us much, but maybe something to consider providing for your guests.

Great location in a quiet street opposite a well-tended park, near the waterfront and good restaurants. Clean, quiet rooms with all the necessary facilities and free WiFi. Very tasty breakfast with excellent coffee and you can even make your own waffles :) Behind the hotel there is an outdoor area with tables and chairs for the guests and a free car park. There is a lift to take guests to upper floors.

All was in order.

Very friendly staff at reception. Spacious, comfortable room. Quiet. We had to leave to get to the ferry before breakfast was served, but we found a lunch packet in the fridge to take with us. Great location opposite a park and a wood…perfect for a short walk with the dog.

Nothing

We booked one room and had to pay extra for a bed for my daughter even though we booked for her. However, we got a kind of suite with a main room and an extra room with a bed and kitchenette including fridge and sink. It well worth the extra money! The buffet breakfast was good as expected by all the other great reviews. What impressed us the most was how well the tables were distanced and staff were always wearing masks properly (This was unfortunately not the case in many of the restaurants around!). The other guests were lovely and also very respectful wearing masks and distancing. It was a comfortable walk to the Pier and close to bus stops for getting around. Very happy overall.

The rooms were very clean but if you looked for it you could find dust. Not a big issue as it was at least as clean as a typical home but a germophobe might not be happy ;-)

The yellow accents on the hotel facade, as seen on the pictures, are no longer there. Smoking guests in the backyard can be smelled in the room.

We had a room on the last floor with amazing view on the sea. Windows are looking to the east, and we really enjoyed the morning sun. There was even a small kitchen in the room. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best we've ever had at hotels.

We had ask for the room neither on the roof floor, but we have got one exactly on it, and there was no personal to change it...

Very nice establishment that was close to the old town (good choice of restaurants) and the park and beach. Very nice breakfast. Rooms and decor overall are a bit dated but all in order and very comfortable.
