There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

Top location .200m walk to terminal 1. Absolutely clean, staff are nice and very helpful. the room was amazing, the shower is a hit. Breakfast is top the service super friendly .

300 meters from the airport, an awesome location for those who just want to spend a night until the next flight. Super easy access, hard to miss. We loved the cleanliness and nice breakfast with an above-average selection of foods. At the check-in, we were given vouchers for dinner and breakfast. The rain shower was a nice touch, comfortable bed, and fluffy blankets. There is coffee and tea in the room. Everything was top-notch. We will definitely come back again when next time in Berlin.

No negatives. A bit of a hiccup is when we got into the elevator, did not realize right away to scan our card. This is a security feature, the elevator is not going to leave the floor until the entry card is scanned. There was no sign to make it obvious.

Very convenient for cancelled flights, available on the spot through booking.com reasonable price and walking distance to airport. It is at the airport, just outside.

I needed a comb, they run out of it at the reception ( they could have check the stock for me maybe) and I couldn't find at airport shop. Luckily the hotel nearby had it. But they did provide me with toothpaste so all was good. Reception could have mentioned there is sauna and fitness, if I knew, I would have used it to relax after a stressful day.

The location is great. It was essential for us to be in the hotel at the airport since our flight was an early one. The staff was exceedingly kind. We checked in late in the evening and went early. Room was big, clean. Complementary water in the fridge, water heater and bags of tea, coffee machine.

It is not that I mind, but we were traveling with our teenage son, so the glass wall between shower and the room was not helpful. We had to go for a walk so our son could have privacy to take a shower (curtains do not help much :)). But it might be that all rooms have bathroom with lack of privacy (glass wall and sliding doors). It was the first time for me to see that, so it was a bit strange. I checked, there is a photo of this in the room description, so it was my fault for overlooking it.

Last minute book in as our flight was cancelled. But this is a great location for airport- literally walking distance. Very modern - great shower and comfortable beds.

Staff - majority had been really nice and polite. Lovely lady printed out our boarding passes so this made it easier for us. Young lad with glasses and bowl head hair cut, was extremely rude when we where checking out. We didn’t receive a printed receipt for our bill. And when asked if they served gluten free food, he was extremely rude and said breakfast was finished. When attempted to ask another question - he rolled his eyes and said ‘kitchen closed!’ He never gave my partner thaw chance to ask the remainder of the question. I did tell the young person ‘that was rude’ and walked away from the reception desk.

Good value, and great location, decent breakfast. Friendly staff. My parents, who do not speak German, were assisted and accompanied in the best possible way. Thanks a lot! When choosing a hotel, several factors were taken into account: the novelty of the hotel/renovation, cost, remoteness (time) from the main attractions, and business meetings in the city center. The hotel met all expectations in full. If you're considering paying more and staying in the city center, then I advice you to think twice. It's about 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the city center, but the accommodation conditions are far better than in the center of the city, considering the price.

Very convenient when your flight gets cancelled and need to stay the night near the airport. Everything was clean and self-check in was straightforward.

Water is expensive at almost €6 a bottle! You do get one complimentary bottle on the bright side. The gym is €15 extra (cause access tot he gym and sauna are bundled together), which I only realised at the hotel. Also it really is a tiny gym, 4 cardio machines, only one bench and a multi-functional machine with dumbbells only going up to 10kg…really disappointing when you pay extra for that and do not intend to use the spa facilities.

I loved that there was a small gym and a spa area. I went in the steam room one of the days. Wish it were open earlier than 5pm, if you do a lunchtime workout you should be able to use the steam room at that time. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is great. (Toilet is for a very tall person though so my legs were dangling while using it) Water pressure in the shower is excellent. It takes 1 minute to walk to the terminal for your flight which is wonderful! No stressing out about whether the taxi will come on time! The breakfast is a buffet in traditional German style - an excellent espresso machine where you can self-serve, variety of fresh breads and rolls, cheeses and meats, fruit, eggs, croissants with various preserves, rice pudding. Delicious. Kettle in the room so I made tea at all hours. There's also a small fridge in the room so you can go to the REWE that is right inside the airport terminal and get some healthy snacks.

When I checked in at 10:30pm, I asked what time the hotel restaurant closed. The person at the front desk said midnight. When I went to the restaurant at 10 minutes to 11, I sat there for 15 minutes with no one bringing me a menu. Then I finally tried to order and they said the restaurant closed at 11. Also every time anyone closes a door anywhere on the hallway it bangs and you can hear everything. And even though the curtains are good, a lot of light gets in at the top because there's no valance.

We liked the room layout, multiple outlets for charging devices, comfortable beds, great shower. The location is super from the S-Bahn and the airport terminals, easy access - no steps to have to lug luggage up or down. The restaurant had a good menu and our meal was delicious. We split a huge cheeseburger and side salad. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to have a relaxing morning, knowing our flight check in was only a 5 minute walk away.

There needs to be a picture with instructions in multiple languages of how to operate the thermostat. We had to get one of the front desk clerks help us decipher and set it. The squeeze bottles for shampoo and hand soap are great. Please provide one for body lotion as well. I made a reservation for a room without breakfast. Upon check-in I noticed the key card said with breakfast. I asked if it was free and was answered affirmatively. When we paid we were charged for the breakfast. Not happy about that!

I wanted to be next to the airport for an early morning flight and tried this. It was perfect!!! The hotel is new and I thought at first sterile but then it filled up with people at night and it works so well. The hallways are long and they are without character but it all makes sense. The room was very nice and smartly planned. Next time I will certainly do the same thing when in Berlin. The new airport is next to nothing!!!!

Nothing beyond when I went to check in the employee couldn't find me and when he did he never looked up and told me all was OK and I was there. I spent a few unnecessary anxious moments. I explained to him the need to make eye contact, smile and say "all is fine."
