Size of the room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Very convenient hotel location to take a plane or a train without stress. I have made 2 reservations for 2 consecutive days, the first one with my wife and the second for just myself. I have asked to use the same room, because my wife was taking a flight on the second day, and I was attended, very nice reaction from the reception.

1- Wifi failed Saturday night; reception informed not to have maintenance people at that time 2- The hotel execute a 50 euros debt to check the credit card, which are promptly billed by VISA. It takes more than 1 weeks to the invoice of the credit card show the correct value. As this is not my first reserve, makes no sense to use this procedure to usual guests.

Location was even better than promised.

This is what really upset me. The sauna is being repaired and it was apparent it is not something that happened spur of the moment. No shower in sauna room due to the construction and steam room closed. This is something that will 100% alter my decision to stay at a hotel as after a long day of walking I want to relax. This should be well publicized. If I wasn’t trapped after having checked in and dropped my bags off for my early morning flight I 100% would have demanded my money back.

Location is great - literally across the road from departures at the airport. Hotel is new so facilities are pristine. Beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious

This hotel was the most beautiful airport hotel I've ever stayed in. It was very easy to find after exiting the airport. A 30 second walk from the exit. No roads to cross with heavy luggage, just a small, pedestrian plaza. The hotel is in a very quiet space. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and check in was fast. My room was very elegant, extremely comfortable and very roomy. The bath was exactly what I needed after a long flight from Australia. I stayed again on the last night of my holiday as I had a very early international flight the following morning. I enjoyed the hotel just as much the second time. The staff in the bar were fantastic. Its a very classy bar and restaurant exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Good location and variety of food

Fire evacuation Proceedures. There was a fire in the kitchen and a PA announcement said I needed to evacuate my room but if I was disabled some one would come to assist. I am disabled, nobody came. I had to get myself to the fire exit stairs, after going down to the ground floor, my room card did not activate the door for me to exit that area, I had to go down to the basement and to a different set of stairs to get back up to the ground floor and then walk around the building to bet to staff. This was a long way from satisfactory, fortunately my husband was not in the building at the time. He has a lung problem and would not have been able to do what I managed.

The hotel is at the Airport making it ideal for travelers with early morning flights. I had a flight at 06:00. The hotel is clean and offers coffee and tea amenities.

I arrived 2 hours before official check-in time and the hotel does not offer free check-in before the check-time. They charge 12€/hour for early check-in. I travel a lot and most hotels offer complementary check-in as long as the room is ready. The Steigenberger check-in policy is rather sad because it just makes customers frustrated for nothing. The irony of is I left the hotel at 04:00 to catch my flight so even if I had been given the complementary check-in my stay would still have been shorter.

1. There was no WiFi during my stay and I booked the hotel strictly for work. I was informed there was already ticket opened for the IT support for 3 days. 2. No tooth brush or tooth paste provided in the bathroom for 170€/night price.

I recently stayed at Steinberger Airport Hotel Berlin. I must say, it was an excellent experience. The convenience of being so close to the airport, two minutes walk from terminal 1, made my travel plans much smoother. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep before my early morning flight. I also appreciated the soundproofing, as I did not hear any noise from the nearby airport.

Clean and nice hotel just next to Berlin airport.

The check in terminal was horrible. When typing the information on several pages, on some pages you had to push zuruck and on some pages weiter to be able to proceed. If you accidentally push zuruck on wrong filling page, all info that you had typed disappears and you have to start all over again. I almost finished adding the data 2 times before all data disappeared. At the end I made my check in at the counter, which actually was 10 times faster that the check in terminal.

It was close to the airport, perfect to leave from there early in the morning. It was all clean and modern.

We were very disappointed with the restaurant. We celebrated our friends 60th that night and my husband ordered a Caesar salat. The salat consisted of lettuce leaves and a few strips of chicken, no eggs, bacon, cheese or other vegetables, extremely disappointed as it was pricy with the cost of $25.00. Not sure if they forgot to add the ingredients? The Flammenkuchen were also very plain with very little toppings. I certainly wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again.
