Good location, managed to make a direct upgrade for a room with balcony (for a good price), staff was really great and always checking if everything was ok. The room was on the last floor, great views, the hotel is awesomely placed at a metro stop and has a grocery store next by and close by you have different food options. The room was pretty big, bathroom the same, didn’t get to use the sauna and fitness room (but we had access to), overall a good experience. The only thing was that at night felt a little bit chilly (may be just me) and I couldn’t get the thermostat to work to adjust it a little bit (maybe it was set up and locked by the hotel or maybe I just didn’t know how to, no idea). As it was the last night I didn’t mention it to the staff to ask for help and I checked out after. But overall a great experience, loved the views, the position of the hotel and that you had everything near be, definitely great value for price/comfort!

The hotel staff were friendly. We appreciated that they were fluent in English and were knowledgeable about nearby restaurants, even providing umbrellas for us to borrow on a rainy evening. The room was comfortable modern and clean and the bed had a fun unusual feature that made us smile… a headboard that was backlit with colorful lighting, which created a pleasant glow to the room (or could be turned off). My husband was very impressed with the large exercise facility and enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. The restaurant decor was aesthetically pleasing and the buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food options. We sat at a table by the wall of windows and enjoyed viewing the city activity while having a leisurely breakfast.

It was our first time in Stuttgart and we enjoyed the city so much thanks to this hotel. The location was premium, we got a room upgrade and didn't pay an extra fee for our dog after becoming members, and the three of us had the best time! We could even take our dog to the restaurant and the breakfast area, which it's totally worth a visit. The gym and sauna are very clean as well, and the view from the top floor was super nice. We will definitely be coming back again!

We missed having a minibar, but everything else was great!

Location was excellent, just across from metro and within 20 minute walk to certain train lines. Many restaurants close by. Could walk downtown in maybe 35 minutes. Was modern, nicely decorated, and had good underground parking and very good breakfasts, though both were an extra charge. Lots of variety for the bigger breakfast. Staff was helpful, pleasant and spoke good English.

The two chairs in the room weren’t comfortable and the room was very dark to read in. Could use more lights and bathroom night light.

I like the location and the comfort of the bed. The room is spacey and quiet, and the bathroom is very cozy as well. There is no carpet, which is great, and the air conditioning/hearing was working as expected. The garage below the hotel is great and very spacey, and it costs additional 13 Euro per day.

I did not like the quality of bread and all other pastries and backed products, except for the croissants, which are unfortunately usually not there. Regarding the room, there is no refrigerator, and it is not possible to order a coffee in the room during the day. The restaurant is closed during the day and the bar was not opened at all, which makes you go out and search for a cup of coffee, if you want it. Even in a one-star hotel, one would expect to be able to get a cup of coffee, so it is a big minus.

The size of the room and bathroom was bigger than the standard. We asked to have view to the Plaza and they were able to meet that wish. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and available for any questions or help we needed with our trip in general. They helped us organize transportation to the airport in a very odd hour and even helped us with problems doing our flight check in. The hotel staff really makes the great hotel shine.

Housekeeping seemed to leave the same old opened chips in a cup (complimentary from the hotel) on the night stand. If they are not going to be replaced, they should be removed (i dont think anybody will eat 2-3days old opened chips). Housekeeping could have also noticed that we only drank the water without gas, so they could have switched that water with mineral water. Now all these items were complimentary so them not being changed or replaced didnt make us feel like we were missing a service from the hotel but those details would have made the stay 11/10

Very nice and modern hotel. Very nice, big and comfortable room as well. They accommodated a cot for our baby which was very good. There's a basic fitness room with sauna which I didn't get to try. There is parking on-site which is paid for BUT they do have a FREE EV charger!! Thank you for that. There a lot of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. You can walk to the city centre as well. The staff was very helpful and quick checkout by just dropping off the room cards.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is a self checkout 24/7 shop for snacks, drinks and toiletries if you need. The parking was good at 13 euros per night. 2 min walk to the nearest underground station to get to Stuttgart town and about 15 min walk to town. Very quiet since it's not in the city centre. We felt safe enough to walk to and from town and lots of other places to eat and drink around the hotel. Dogs were allowed so next time we visit we will definitely bring our dog. I will definitely stay here again.

The in-house restaurant could've had more and better items on their menu but the food we had was good regardless. Not a fault of the hotel but just something that would've made the stay a bit better and more convenient.

Warm and helpful receptionist. Very nice hotel, comfortable. Room was big, hot showers works well. Has a restaurant just next to reception at ground floor. Hotel lobby provides some light snacks, fruit infused water, able to enjoy these snacks while waiting for check in. Carpark at the basement and has plentiful lots. There is a supermarket just next to hotel which is super convenient. Will come back for sure.

The lighting at the basement to the lift doesn't seem to work. Had to wait for the lift to arrive in the dark though.

- breakfast in connected restaurant, on high level, large variety of food - parking in underground garage just below the hotel, quite a lot of spaces where to park, however it is shared with grocery store, hence I would definitely not be leaving anything in the car - rooms are nice and spacious, everything is clean, A/C was working for us just fine - tram/metro/bus is just around the corner on a plaza, with shops and restaurants nearby - Complimentary water in the room and little snack (I guess as part of Radisson membership)

- parking fee could be lower - self-service shop near the reception could have larger variety of sandwiches and be filled up more frequently, since Germany is one of the weird countries with closed shops on Sunday - elevator always stops in ground 0, so if you are going from garage in -1 to your room in 3, it will always stop on 0 - no minibar (I don't understand why this is becoming a standard all across Europe)
