The staff are very friendly and the check in was easy. The room was modern and clean with a large shower and nice linen. Our son loved the built-in bunk bed. The breakfast was nice and we liked that you could order cooked eggs. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town and all the sights were only a short walk away.

We were in an attic room and you needed to walk up a set of curved stairs to access it, which may be an issue with people with large suitcases. The ceiling was also pitched so it was a little tight to walk along, and the low height of the sky lights made me a little nervous when they were open.

Clean room with good wifi connection, also good for working. Heating was turned on in the building to accommodate unseasonably cold weather which was fantastic. Great for a night's stay.

Very minor things, but why it's a 9 not a 10: Shower in the room was slightly cramped due to slanting ceiling of the building. Breakfast started just a bit too late for me at 7 am, as I had to get to the office by 8 am but still manageable. There was a strange frame around the bed which made propping myself up to read a bit uncomfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect: near the city center, yet in a quiet area. I also liked appreciated the cleanliness. The staff were also very helpful

Some extra storage space would be nice - for example some shelves to place clothes (i think there were some good options in the room where they could fit some shelves in addition to the clothes hanger It would also be nice to have a bigger breakfast area. On Saturday morning it was pretty busy with no free seats available

Thank you Hotel Neuthor! Great location in Ulm with an underground car park about 50m away. Very friendly staff on reception, explained everything and provided a map with ideas for eating out. Rooms were as expected, no frills but everything you need. Bed was comfy (but not as comfy as the night before in Namur!) The shower was fine. Being located right in the city centre we could explore easily. The Minster is HUGE! Lots to see.

The staff was always very friendly. The location is very close to the city center of Ulm, and it is also within walking distance of the main station (one stop by tram). There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but I enjoyed my stay there and I consider it excellent value for money.

There is nobody at the reception after 22:30. Also the room was a bit "scarce" (e.g. the desk rather small), but this was fine for me.

We arrived early for check-in but the room was ready and they let us stay, the girl at the reception was extremely kind. Room and entire hotel very clean. Very good location. Good bacon and eggs for Breakfast.

If you want a breakfast to enjoy this is not the place. Small and noisy room. Kitchen door always open, we hear the noises of the dishes being cleaned all the time. Noisy coffee machine. Noisy water heater for tea. You may find a queue at the door and have to wait. Even though they tell you that breakfast lasts until 10:30, after 10:00 the buffet is no longer served.

everything went well. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, equitment was new and worked well.

The room was rather small, the fitout of the wall at the headroom of the bed was not a good idea, it was not really comfortable to sit in the bed for this reason. Breakfast hot meal sortiment could have been a bit better - not only scrabbled eggs and bacon.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite stuff. Breakfast was tasty and of good quality. Great location in the old city center of Ulm - 3 min walk from the Cathedral.

Paid parking. I did not expect it and it was not mentioned anywhere. However, price was fair - we paid 6 EURO parking from 9pm until 9am. Garage is just 50m away from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, next to a private underground parking. The room was very big, with big bathroom and big terrace.

The check-in and check-out experience was quite slow, despite not having a queue. The city was quite boring and all shops and most restaurants closed at 18:00 in the middle of the summer, so there was nothing to do around. It is not the hotel I would not recommend, but the city as a layover stop.
