The location is really nice. Large rooms (really recommended those with view on Donau river!). Staff team is really professional and helpful. Breakfast is large and various and I am sure it satisfies all tastes. In 15 mins walking you are downtown. If you like running, a nice route on foot and by bike is available along the Donau river, next to the hotel. If you prefer, a furnished gym and a swimming pool are also available in the hotel with an extra.

This is a lovely property with views of the Danube. Reception staff were lovely and spoke good English. Our room was on 10th floor. Room key activated lift without any button pressing. Nice security feature. Nicely appointed room . Decent sized bed. Comfortable despite the pillows. Bathroom was clean and stylish with an amazing state of the art push button digital shower. Very strong water pressure which my wife loved. Breakfast was nice. Buffet style with plenty of choice. Nice you could get hot English tea. Piano bar on ground floor was very stylish. Excellent waiting staff with interesting entertainment provided. Pianist sand but also played guitar. Eclectic choice of songs. Very good fun if a bit loud at times.

Only a few minor grumbles. Pillows in bed weren’t great and complimentary water was only available on first night. You could buy water in reception but it was over priced. Housekeeping were a tad keen in my opinion knocking on your door before 8.30. Nice if you had been told this in advance. Tip. : put do not disturb sign up night before.

View from restaurant on 16th floor Small but pretty pool Gym with the essential equipment (some weight machines and free weights 2kg -20kg). The cardio equipment is not first rate, though, and a minor fee of 5EUR is requested. International and mostly very young staff very friendly.

For security reasons, obliged to move up and down in lift only and for that key card needed all the time - staircase can be used only in emergencies to get to the ground floor and nowhere else. Food was very salty the day we stayed and not on the same level as the view.

It is a big hotel with banquet halls. We booked a spacious room on the 9th floor with Danube view, which is nice any time of the day, be it a sunset or sunrise. Breakfast is excellent - a lot of choices, everyone can find something (even champagne).

Unfortunately despite having 3 elevators, only one or two are in operation. We stayed on the upper floor and had to wait for quite some time to get down for breakdown in the morning. One day my wife asked twice to bring s bed sheet to our room and leave it on the bed, while we were absent. It did not happen and had to ask about it again in the evening. Parking costs 18 euro per day, which is somewhat pricey.

Easy to find in the city and was right on the river and could see Ulm Münster from my room!

Housekeeping liked doing their job. No discredit to them, they did a great thing but I’m a late sleeper so sometimes they would open the door while I’m still just waking up or the do not disturb sign was on the door. They really did a good job no to much of a problem just the only thing I could say was bothering me.

As usual, this my favorite place to go in Ulm, Not so far from the center and a beautiful view of the Danube. The Hotel is a good place to rest and organise your work. The personnel is very kind. Great Breakfast place

The Bathroom is well equiped but saddly there were no more soap in the shower nor the sink soap dispenser... quite difficult to wash yourself correctly. Problem was solved the next day but I was a bit disappointed for this level of Hotel.

Excellent breakfast, good coffee for superauto machine, friendly staff. Elevator algorithm is not exactly intelligent. Be prepared for long waits, especially during rush hours (breakfast for example) Stairs are there, but access to all floors is not possible.

The hotel is a bit old, and it shows, both in design and wear.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The view from our room was simply breathtaking. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and offered a variety of options. The spa centre was fantastic, with a spacious and hot sauna and a large swimming pool - perfect for relaxation. The staff was extremely helpful and ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Clean and comfortable

One of the days we got back to our hotel with our room doors left wide open. Reported to reception but didn’t really get much help other than, they don’t know. There’s no cctv’s in the floors so no accountability. Left us feeling slightly vulnerable
