Location, Location, Location Superb Stay 5***** Arrived back from our very first time to Athens. This hotel certainly is a hidden gem right in the heart of Athens. Everywhere from this hotels location is walkable. Literally less than a 5 minute walk from Monastiraki metro station, we arrived into the lobby which has a beautiful light bright yet stylish feel and also smells fabulous. On checking in at 2PM Christina welcomed us, both members of the reception team are fantastic, extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble, it was a really nice touch always offering recommendations for places of interest and restaurant's. They both are a real assest to this hotel, taking the time to get to know their guests. Our room was on Third floor (room) 304 each floor only has 4 rooms apart from floor 5 which houses the suite. Very well designed, modern, great soft furnishings to accompany the room. Extremley comfortable king size bed, with a large shower room with a rain shower and complimentary toiletries. Our room had no view however it faced into the middle of the hotel so this made it extremely quiet and having the roof terrace to sit on made it no problem. Breakfast- Starts from 8AM-11AM Set in a nice dining area all set up with plates/cups &glasses. Breakfast options Fresh Fruit Selction, Greek Yougurt, Cereals, Pastries, Hot food selection of Bacon& Eggs Tea, Coffee Machine, Orange Juice, A daily Smoothie and a selection of alternative Alpro milks. Tea & Coffee/Water/Snacks complimentary throughout your stay anytime! This is a great touch for any traveller to enjoy. Overall this hotel is a great option for any guest wheather it be a first timer to Athens or a returning one. Location, Level of service, Quality, Value for money 5 out of 5. Brand new hotel, so small and intimate. Right next door to popular Alice In Wonderland Cafe on a sentimental rustic street. The owner is running the place non-stop. Very hospitable and helpful owner and staff. They pay attention to details. Their customer service is outstanding. Generous offerings include free wine, water and juice bottles in the mini-fridge. Breakfast is great with local specialties and continental items. The rooms are very comfortable, mint clean, some with a view of the Acropolis, others overlook the buildings across the street. The 5th level has a large suite with a sweeping view of the Acropolis hill and surrounding area. It has a large deck. The lighting and set up is so romantic there, I recommend it for honeymooners. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything. You don't need a car unless you plan to travel outside the city. Public Transportaion thought is great and will take you to beaches.If you do need a car, there are two 24hour parking garages within 3-5minutes, easy pleasant walk for 12-15 euro per 24hours. Brand new hotel right in the city center! The location is steps away from shopping, the metro, and amazing restaurants— it is truly in the city center! The staff was incredibly accommodating and so kind. They went above and beyond to make our brief stay as memorable as possible.

Be clear that the street is Pitaki NOT pitakkou

Location right off of Ermou (on the same street as The Little Kook Cafe that was all decked out for Halloween - so fun!), a block from Monastiraki Square and metro station; small boutique hotel with tasteful and modern decor and a rooftop deck with a clear view of the Acropolis; room and bathroom were spacious; hotel staff were excellent (Evie, Christina, Evangelo, kitchen staff) and really went above and beyond - they arranged for earlier breakfast to be served when we had an early excursion, researched logistical info for an outdoor concert we were attending and also transit options to the port and train station - we could not have asked for anything more from them; breakfast was beyond what we expected each morning and in a lovely breakfast area - bacon, eggs, potatoes, pastries/bread/bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, selection of charcuterie meats and cheeses and fixings, juices/teas/coffee, fridge with water was always available for self-serve.

Construction happening next door started early in the mornings.

Location is two blocks from Monisteraki Square and good restaurants are within a five minute walk. The area may look a little “dicey” at first but it isn’t - we always felt safe. Pharmacy is close and there’s a grocery within 4-5 blocks. It’s a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis Main Entrance. The hotel is fairly new and has nice finishes throughout. The room was nice as was the bathroom and shower. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices. The staff was professional, very helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxis both to and from the airport for us. Check out the roof terrace on the top floor - it has a great view of the Acropolis.

My wife has trouble sleeping if the room is not completely dark. The LED numerals indicating the temperature set point for the air conditioning were bright enough that her quality of sleep was compromised however, I had no problem.

This is the Best place to stay in Athens! It is a small, beautifully appointed privately owned hotel and the owner sees his establishment as a passion. The location is perfect— a quiet street but very close to restaurants, the metro, hop off, hop on buses, the regional market. It has a fantastic view of the Acropolis from one of the rooms but also from a lovely roof top terrace available to all guests. Breakfast was fantastic. There was complimentary water and we were treated royally. When we asked if we could leave our luggage after check out time, it was no problem at all. We loved staying here.

It was perfect!

Location for visitor shopping, dining and drinking is great! For work purposes, it suited my needs as it was close to the metro and easily accessible for dinner options. The hotel owners have clearly made a great effort to modernise and automate which is very well done, as is the decor. The roof top garden patio seemed unused which is a pity as it is lovely. The staff could not be more kind and sweet. The open soft drinks and snacks concept was very much appreciated.

Breakfast had a decent selection although the eggs/bacon hot dishes were often not hot, so the food was luke warm or cold. 11am check out was a little inconvenient…midday would have been nice. The hotel itself was fine but the street it is on suffered from a building site next door and was very tight for any vehicular traffic so taxi to the property may mean being dropped off on the Main Street and walking in. There were also a good number of street dwellers day and night, smelly and sometimes inebriated, which could give some guests cause for concern if coming back later in the evening.

The Acropolis City Life Boutique Hotel was a great surprise! Right in the heart of the Psyrri neighborhood steps away from Monastiraki Square, shopping on Ermou street, and within walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka neighborhood. The room was super comfy and clean; my friend and I never felt unsafe; and, the breakfast is the morning was tops. Bonus is the Acropolis view from the rooftop. Take your frappe and a bag of oregano Lay’s and relish in the good decision you’ve made. Efxaristo to all the lovely individuals at the front desk who greeted us and helped us arrange transportation to the airport. Five stars. I would stay here again.

The staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The woman that checked us in was very informative and even gave us recommendations for food after we'd got settled and we're on the way back out. The breakfast was great, they had vegan options and a choice of plant milks. Hot drinks and cold water was available 24 hours a day. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower was good. We were able to borrow plug adaptors from the hotel, as we'd forgotten ours. There was a roof terrace with great views of the city and the hotel is in an excellent central location very close to train station.

Because the hotel is very central, there is traffic and crowd noise, but this was to be expected and can't be helped.

Super friendly people working there, they answered all our questions, helped with train connections, got us something against the mosquitos - they really did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend 100%. The hotel is brand new and the building and rooms accordingly modern.
