The pleasant walk through park each morning. We ate all our meals out at local small restaurants, which were always well prepared and served. The staff at the apartment resort treated us as welcome guests, alway pleasant, friendly and helpful. We realised when booking the apartment that it was not a full service hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the standards it achieved. The convenience store next door likewise. We did a lot walking, but going through the park and a short walk brings you to Victoria subway. Definitely worth buying the combined train, trolley and bus pass 8€ for I think it was 5 days. On first train trip take pic of the subway map as they seemed not to be published as other cities are or maybe we didn’t look hard enough. If and it’s likely we go back to Athens for few days the Panorama project would be our accommodation choice

.If we had experienced a bit of rain I could have worn my new green lightweight raincoat. However on return to Uk that wish came true

The apartment was amazing and the pool on the roof top so nice!

There were lots of ants coming througt the wall from the balcony to our bedroom, not very nice to find ants in our bed. Also, no salt, pepper nor oil in the kitchen, would have been great to have that.

I like the apartment hotel aspect, there was an iron, stove oven, fridge freezer and a washing machine. And they were all so discreetly placed. The apartment was so cute and there’s a balcony with a table & chair If you wanted to sit outside. Someone will come and clean your room in the morning if requested by the icons near the door. The pool upstairs was gorgeous and the view was beautiful in the evening looking at all the city lights.

Not sure if it was me or the stove but couldn’t get it to work or the kettle either. But apart from that no complaints

staff was very friendly and helpful, location is good and safe - many markets, bakeries and restaurants near.

breakfast was not that bad, but everyday is the same (4 different buns, few slices of ham and cheese, jam, 2 cooked eggs, small sausages), also there were no hot drinks (tea/coffee). also location is good but metro station is quite far away

Great place. I stayed at a suit looking at the Park. Sunny room with all the necessary things that you can need from a flat. Also digital entrance to your room with a password works a lot. Very helpful staff. There’s a swimming pool at the top floor. There’s a supermarket next to it which you can fill your refrigerator. Grateful for the prize. Placed at a very central area that you can go almost everywhere by walk in 36 minutes. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to everyone. Much better than a five star hotel room. Because you feel at home

Nothing everything was fine.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite. They responded to requests promptly and were always available and approachable. I cannot stress enough their contribution to the experience of the guests. The cleaning staff were also helpful, albeit somewhat overwhelmed by the demands of a fully booked hotel. The availability of all the appliances one would expect in a small studio, including a washing machine in the bathroom singles out the Panorama Project. The rooftop swimming pool added to the experience. Finally, the ability to order items from the grocery shop downstairs was convenient.

The bathroom bin was dented and not closing well and the kitchen bin had no lid which meant that unless the rubbish was taken out daily, odours became a problem and the potential of insects being attracted by the rubbish became a concern although, to be fair, we did not note any insects. Although I admit it is costly to replace furniture and fixtures that have been damaged, the experience of staying at the hotel would have been even better.

Our duplex apartment at Athens Panorama Project at Evelpidon was just right for us. It was around 15-20 minutes or so from the City centre by taxi / bus (most of the attractions are near the city centre or around it - hop on -hop off bus, attractions etc) and almost 25 to 35 minutes from the Port of Piraeus. The views especially of the Lycabettus Hill and the Acropolis from the apartment was lovely. There is a supermarket just next door to the apartment which was very ideal for food and shopping. The receptionists were very professional and knowledgeable and very very helpful. The check in and check out process was quick and efficient too. Thank you.

Nothing that we did not like as such, but if a microwave , dish wipe/ cloth and some washing liquid / powder or tablets were provided for the washing machine in the bathroom that it would have been appreciated.

The location was very good. I love that there’s a grocery store right next door. Close to bus station, we’re from Canada and we couldn’t understand how the bus system worked in Greece. We bought a ticket but if you don’t wave the bus driver down to let him know you want to take the bus they will not stop. So we ended us taking Ubers instead.

I didn’t like the step leading to the bed. We almost fell forgetting there was there. Everything in the room worked great except for the safe. We asked the tenant to help us but because we stayed on a Sunday he was not able to help us. It was somehow defective. Also the layout of the room is not very convenient. In front of the mini kitchen you have the sofa and next to the sofa the small round dining table. The television was very small for the size of the room and the location of the television was not very practical. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

We liked the pool, the water features as you walk in we're nice. Good location for public transport The view from the pool was lovely. Staff were helpful, friendly and informative.

Not a big deal but our room was missed for a clean. We did have to make sure the next day it was cleaned. Shower was OK....could be a better nozzle. No ventilation in the bathroom so it got very hot. The pool went for maintenance in the morning but no time given to when it would open again.

The air conditioning was easy to set to a comfortable level and it remained with little fluctuation and not much noise. The breakfast that is sourced from elsewhere and delivered in a paper bag was really good

The hotel has a fresh and modern feel about it and appears to be trying really hard to be a 4* (European standard not British). However it is let by poor finishes such as kitchen cupboards not passing each other, dishwasher having dirty cutlery in it, no grout in the edge of tiles, scum around base of shower tray, loose shower fitting (and a poor shower), dining table with multiple chips. These may sound picky but shouldn’t exist if you are trying to achieve 4*. Lastly you can here every door slam outside and your neighbour clearing their nose between bathrooms
