Excellent location close to the centre of Athens. Very friendly and accommodating staff and surprisingly quiet for its location on a busy main street. I Couldn't hear any traffic noise at all when I shut the windows. Very clean, spacious rooms and the bathrooms are quite modern. Even though I'm writing a couple of negatives underneath, the hotel was actually a very pleasant experience. It's a city hole for short business travel.

There are absolutely no facilities to talk about, meaning that apart from the reception, there's no other room where guests can use to have a cup of coffee outside their rooms. There's no option for breakfast or a room to have that breakfast in to speak of. So, if you want to sit and get a cup of coffee or relax somewhere other than your room, you have to leave the hotel. The Internet Connection Speed is horrendous, absolutely abysmal, which makes it impossible to work from the room if you rely on their WiFi instead of your mobile router. Speeds were 3Mbps down and 10Mbps up at the best of times but very unstable with router freezes and disconnects.

The location is perfect! The hotel is very close to the city center, to the T-bane Panepistimio station and there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars around it. The room was big enough and the staff was very helpful and polite. It was easy to get in when the reception was closed. Also, there is no noise at all this was a big plus!

The bed was not very comfortable and the wifi was terrible. I had to use my data to participate in a meeting. But even to navigate in the internet the network was extremely slow.

It is well located, close to the center. It is clean and the air conditioner works very well . A lot of nice restaurants close by. And in case you get there late you are given a code to enter and you find your room key on the counter. There is also a parking within 100m from the hotel you can use for as little as 15eur/ night which is a big bonus.

be careful, a guy is parking your car ( the parking is narrow ) and he scratched ours:(… The parking is closed on weekends, but you get a key from the hotel. So when we left there was nobody to talk to about the situation…. And anyway no proof that was not there before so maybe take pictures of your car🤷‍♀️

We had a large room, comfortable and quiet. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are several places nearby. It is located so that you can walk to many of the sites in the city, and not far from the metro (5-10 minutes). The reception was manned until 16 but our cards opened the door, so no problem. An interesting area with bookshops, quite near the university.

There was a lot of graffiti in the area, but it felt safe. Not the most picturesque area in Athens, but central.

At first I thought because the hotel doesn't have a receptionist at night it will be an issue. I arrived at 21:00 and the check in was easy - I got the code for the main entrance and my key was at the reception desk. The nearest metro is 10 minutes walk - and around the hotels lots of nice restaurant and pubs- The location is 15 minutes walk from all attractions. It was my first time in Athens but I managed to get around without any issues.

Nothing.

When you first arrive, you don't really see the hotel and as it is down a little side street, but once inside our room, it had everything we needed, tea and coffee, toiletries and a fridge for our own water. The room was very clean. Had a balcony overlooking the street which was a nice surprise. The hotel is a little further out than we thought, but then we found little cafes and bars we would never have come across had we been closer to the centre

Nothing

Spacious and well-appointed. Staff excellent. We really needed a place to stay after our planned visit to Meteora collapsed due to the storm Daniel. First, there was only the one night available. Once we arrived an additional two nights became available. We liked staying in a neighborhood rather than the heavily touristed areas. If you want a great location for images of the Acropolis, it’s a reasonable hike up to Lycabettus Hill. We would stay there again.

There is a fair bit of street party noise down below our apartment. Noise went on until 2:00am.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean.

Alas..... lock on bathroom door faulty - one of us was locked in! Reception not surprised.... oh its always doing that! Unlocked from outside, using "credit card" sized room key. Problem recurred- housekeeping helped and again not surprised! Pretty serious issue really - what if somewhere were staying on their own.....?? They'd be stuck for hours..... Also - toilet set didn't fit the toilet pan.... seat was smaller..... ridiculous!!

My room was really big and spacious. Everything worked as it should have been. Balcony and room got sunlight in the morning.

The only problem was sound isolation. The street next to the hotel was very loud. My room had a balcony and got sunshine in the morning, which was really nice. But I could not sleep windows open because it was too loud for me. And even if you close the windows, you still hear the noise, and it gets very warm if you do not want to turn on the AC. Finally, the hotel is not that central. So if you have a very limited time in Athens, you may want to go for a hotel closer to the city center.

the good thing is that the hotel is located at the center of the Athens city and the rooms was pretty awesome. The receptionist is so welcomed and he made our one night stay so good. Since the fact that it 's really at the center of the city, there is no sound of cars, buses, and other means of redemption. That was lovely and we really enjoyed it. Also there was a pretty big TV at the room with the selection of netflix/youtube and internet connection with all languages TV channels.

the view of our room was kinda bad because at the front building the neighbors was fighting and another one weird guy was watching us while we were chilling at the balcony of our room. Also in the site, it was saying that there is breakfast (BB) and we only saw one "B" (bed). It was okay but if you do not offer breakfast, reduce the price of the reservation or make another complimentary to fill up the gap of the breakfast at the total price. I'm telling that because I was working at a hotel and we was serving breakfast. In case of the cencellation of a meal we was reducing the price via booking or other travel agencies.
