Great place to escape the busy streets of Athens. Great apartment - enough for 2+2 kids. Kitchen was an added bonus, but who would cook in Athens when there are so many good restaurants to eat around. Staff is amazing. Room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day. Room is furnished very well. We had the opportunity to stay in two rooms - so we had an option to view two suites - they were both different and well furnished. Swimming pool is small but enough for the kids and absolutely a must in the warm days - it was a good combination to start early in the morning with tours/excursions (breakfast starts at 8 am, but we could get freshly baked croissants earlier for on the way), come back to the hotel later in the afternoon, enjoy couple of hours by the pool and venture again in the cosy streets of Athens. Thank you for the hospitality!

nothing really have in mind that if you are walking you need to climb around 100 stairs to get to the hotel. It is a busy street and can get nosy outside, but compared to the busy city centre, it is ok.

- staff were flexible - clean and fresh smell - views of Athens - Mount Lycabettus easily accessible and beautiful sunset - can see Hoopoes from the balcony

-lift really hot. Don’t set foot in the lift after any exercise or walking. You will melt! - breakfast. No vegan options and limited options for others. - Supermarket closes relatively early and about ten mins down the road meaning that if you need something late or early that hotel doesn’t have you are a bit stuck. Not even a vending machine for water. - unknown why lots of Police on streets, possibly a Police station but not clear. Didn’t appear to be rough area but there presence was felt.

The hotel has a great location in Athens, it is located in a safe and guarded neighborhood, it is close (walking distance) to the city center and below Livitkos mountain, which is also a great sight itself. The hotel is located uphill from Syntagma Place, this should be considered when walking to the hotel from Syntagma Place with suitcases. The hotel itself is a nice small hotel with approx. 12-15 rooms. Our room was a two bedroom, one living room flat with kitchen, (#402) and it was spacious with a great view over parts of the city (not the Akropolis so) and in a nice little park. We stayed there with 4 people (2 teenagers) and they really enjoyed the little roof top pool and a work out room in the basement. Small breakfast room with good breakfast, where everybody found something he liked. Very friendly staff at breakfast and at the reception. Overall we had a really nice stay and would return if going to Athens again. -

Cleaning under the beds should be done more frequently 😀

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The pool and rooftop bar were great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a decent size. The airconditioning was heaven as we were there during a heatwave, and it was fully under our control to set the temperature as we wished.

The location. Although technically central, there is no metro station nearby and it is in a very hilly neighbourhood. The footpaths are wonky and we slipped several times. There are also many uneven steps. The only way you can arrive safely with luggage to this hotel would be by car. Anyone with mobility or balance issues would struggle here. We also read when we booked that our room had it's own private entrance. It had a door on a landing just like every other room so this was odd. Our showerhead also broke and they never fixed it which was disappointing.

Very nice stay. We had a nice large, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, fruits, expresso/ cappuccino/ coffee. The kids felt very safe.

No real negatives about the hotel. I might say that in our room, the tub/ shower is a high and could be difficult for some people to get into. Also, some people might find it difficult to walk to/from hotel due to hills. We had no problems walking a couple times but usually just took taxi for ease and convenience. Having the FreeNow app, we didn’t have a problem getting a taxi.

Gorgeous pool bar with amazing city views. Friendly staff. Great selection of breakfast options. Modern decor

The bed was far too soft. The balcony was disappointing and the door to the balcony was extremely heavy and hard to open. If you have any mobility issues the climb up to the hotel from the city centre is very steep and includes several steps.

The staff were extremely helpful during our stay and made a real difference to our experience. Really enjoyed the hotel facilities including the rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast was excellent too.

The one drawback if looking to be in thick of things is the location is 15 minutes walk uphill from the main tourist locations. That said surrounding area was nice and the hotel well placed to visit the top of Mount Lycabettus. If you do so take the funicular (easy walk from the hotel) then on the way down visit an excellent cafe (Prasini Tenta) overlooking the hotel and with great views.

Loved the location. Lots of police in the area because of gov't people live in the area, so felt very safe. Because of the location, in a very quiet area of the city. Everything in Athens is uphill or downhill, so walking hills is part of the trip. Real close to Lycabettus Hill and easy to see so can use it as a landmark when walking back to the hotel. If take a cab ride from the parliament buildings back to hotel, cost is about 10 euros. There are 3 nice restaurants behind the hotel (about a 10 minute walk - we ate at Frankies twice). There is also a mini supermarket down the road from the restaurant (an OK Anytime Market). There are lots of other restaurants in other directions that you can walk to.

Breakfast was good, but not exactly what we are used to in North America.

The staff was wonderfull, helpfull and kindly. Hotel was clean. Located was peacefull and safety, short way to walk Syntagma centre. Hotel was near to hill where could jogging/hiking. Breakfeast was versatile and delicous. 10+

First day we walked on the hotel from the Syntagma metrostation with our suitcases. Uphill walking with heavy suitcases was tough. So the hotel is not good for the unfit. On the breakfas there should be another employeeat at a busy time.
