Great place to escape the busy streets of Athens. Great apartment - enough for 2+2 kids. Kitchen was an added bonus, but who would cook in Athens when there are so many good restaurants to eat around. Staff is amazing. Room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day. Room is furnished very well. We had the opportunity to stay in two rooms - so we had an option to view two suites - they were both different and well furnished. Swimming pool is small but enough for the kids and absolutely a must in the warm days - it was a good combination to start early in the morning with tours/excursions (breakfast starts at 8 am, but we could get freshly baked croissants earlier for on the way), come back to the hotel later in the afternoon, enjoy couple of hours by the pool and venture again in the cosy streets of Athens. Thank you for the hospitality!

nothing really have in mind that if you are walking you need to climb around 100 stairs to get to the hotel. It is a busy street and can get nosy outside, but compared to the busy city centre, it is ok.

The staff were extremely helpful during our stay and made a real difference to our experience. Really enjoyed the hotel facilities including the rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast was excellent too.

The one drawback if looking to be in thick of things is the location is 15 minutes walk uphill from the main tourist locations. That said surrounding area was nice and the hotel well placed to visit the top of Mount Lycabettus. If you do so take the funicular (easy walk from the hotel) then on the way down visit an excellent cafe (Prasini Tenta) overlooking the hotel and with great views.

Loved the location. Lots of police in the area because of gov't people live in the area, so felt very safe. Because of the location, in a very quiet area of the city. Everything in Athens is uphill or downhill, so walking hills is part of the trip. Real close to Lycabettus Hill and easy to see so can use it as a landmark when walking back to the hotel. If take a cab ride from the parliament buildings back to hotel, cost is about 10 euros. There are 3 nice restaurants behind the hotel (about a 10 minute walk - we ate at Frankies twice). There is also a mini supermarket down the road from the restaurant (an OK Anytime Market). There are lots of other restaurants in other directions that you can walk to.

Breakfast was good, but not exactly what we are used to in North America.

The staff where super friendly and helpful. The room was large and fully equipped for all needs. It had a fridge, oven microwave & tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast selection was vast and fresh. The pool temperature was perfect, rather cold, but essential after a hot day. It was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.

Very minor points here as I stated above this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The glass surfaces in the room such as the mirrors, bathroom door, & windows had smudges and hand prints on them. Last point, a caution to anyone who has mobility difficulties the location is incredibly steep and has many stairs. Give yourself plenty of time to get around or be willing to order taxis.

This is the second stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful Room is spacious and tastefullu furnished Breakfast starts at 8 am which can be a bit late if you have an early trip scheduled but they provided us with freshly baked croissants every time we asked. Pool is small but nice on the rooftop with a view of another hill (not the Acropolis) - you can climb it and you can have a wonderful view of the city (incl the Acropolis). I would definitely recommend the place - it is nit directly in the city centre - we needed to walk about 15-20 minutes and climb around 100 stairs, but it is worth it.

all was good

Small and beautiful hotel, very big room . It was very clean and nice. The staff was very hospitable and helpful The breakfast was very tasty and had a lot variety.

The hotel is close to Panepistimiou Metro station. It is not very accessible by public transportation and since it is up on the hill, there are many stairs to walk. It is 10 minutes by taxi or car from Monastiraki square and market and also from Psiri neighborhood, but because it has no close public transportation it is a little difficult to get around with children or elderly.

Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. Good location though lots of stairs and uphill to get there. Breakfast was good, though there aren’t a lot of tables so some people had to wait until others had finished. Staff friendly and helpful.

The pool was being repaired so couldn’t be used. The weather wasn’t too warm anyway but it would have been nice to have been advised beforehand as I actually booked that hotel because it has a pool.

Exceptional service from the friendly staff who were always happy to chat with us and assist us. Stella and Dorina were fabulous and attentive, thankyou. Breakfast was great too, with all our favourites. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and pool. Thankyou Kostandino and Pavlina also. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location on the hill and lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from in Kolonaki. . We'll be back!

Jacuzzi was really good. The suite was amazing. two separated rooms with big door, small kitchen with everything what is necessary for cooking. Breakfast was okey. The hot dish was scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages, mushrooms and bacon. It was possible to make toast, milk muesli. Location is perfect and safe. There are a lot of places nearby, a funicular. The view from the roof of the hotel is wonderful, there is a swimming pool, a place for gatherings

The road to the hotel was not easy, it is better to order a taxi and get there in comfort

Lovely hotel with great facilities. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Location unfortunately. Really nice area, however, it was a good 20-30mins walk from the main parts of the city centre and is mostly steep uphill roads and steps on the way back to the hotel. Not really suitable for anyone that isn't really fit, unless you are happy to pay about 18-25 Euros for a taxi back (taxis seem to charge whatever they want!!)
